I can’t fault the customer service.
That was superb, replied to my emails within a few days, and gave me many options for a return/refund.

However I wasn’t impressed with the actual trousers I ordered, the fit was not good, very baggy trousers and the material nothing like it looked on the photos/videos I had seen. Looked like a completely different product.

It won’t put me off trying again, that’s mainly due to the customer service I recieved

The trousers are a joke and a total disappointment and reflect no resemblance to the quality shown on their Website, my wife commented that they look like $5 Temu pants, they are big, baggy and ugly, it will be very embarrassing to wear these clown pants to golf.

Bought 2 pairs of pants and a pair of white shorts. The shorts fitted well with the standard waist but you could see through them they were so thin. The pockets could be clearly seen through the material.
The pants were baggy and the stretch waistband looked like a badly hemmed curtain from a sweatshop. Would definitely not recommend this product, not even worth the postage to send them back. Very disappointed when compared to the silky advertising

Great fit and feel at the course or the offfice!

I purchased two pairs of trousers from Australia, and the delivery took an extremely long time. Unfortunately, when they finally arrived, the quality was nothing like what was shown on the website.

The material is very thin, the cut is poor, and the overall workmanship appears cheap. I ordered size 36 trousers, and while the waist fit reasonably well, the legs were far too short. The elastic waistband also made the sizing feel oversized, leaving the trousers very baggy and unflattering.

I paid $99 for two pairs and was disappointed with the quality for the price. In my opinion, the trousers look cheaply made and do not match the product images or descriptions advertised online.

When I attempted to return them, I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs myself, which would have been approximately $50. Instead, the company offered either a $50 store credit or $30 compensation without returning the items. Neither option was acceptable because the trousers were not as advertised.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The product quality was inferior, the fit was poor, and the return process was not customer-friendly.

I will not be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend them based on my experience.

Quality of trousers were not the same as shown on the website. Very thin material and cut was awful. In my opinion trousers look like they have come from China and very cheap to make.
Took ages to get a reply from customer services but after a bit of email exchange they offered £15 refund.
Tried to return items but was not initially aware they had to go back to the USA and postal and customs cost made this not economical. Advised that this needs to be clearer on their website.
I will not be using again.

I bought 2 pairs of size 34 for $99. The material is quite thin. The sizing is big (elastic waisted)and they are very baggy and short legged. I wanted to return them but they advised they will not pay for shipping. They gave me a store credit of $50 but there was no way to use this on line from Australia. The cost of shipping is about $50.

I ordered two pairs of golf trousers in a size Small. I’m normally between sizes and would typically go for a Medium, but based on the sizing guidance and previous reviews, I opted for the Small.

The trousers arrived promptly, but unfortunately the Small was a little too tight. I contacted Customer Services, who were very responsive and offered a number of options, including exchanging both pairs for a Medium. Throughout the process, they were helpful, engaging and quick to respond, keeping me updated on the progress of the exchange.

The only reason I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 is that when the replacement trousers were ready to be shipped, I was told that neither my original colour nor my second choice was available. This was a little disappointing, particularly as it was only raised just before dispatch.

That aside, the customer service was excellent throughout, and based on my experience I’d happily order from them again. I haven’t had a chance to play golf in the trousers yet, so I’ll update this review once I’ve worn them for a few rounds and can comment on how they perform on the course.

The Seat and Leg with are way too baggy. Whilst the Website states Goods may be returned within 30 Days, it does not state that they have to be returned to USA. Cannot understand why, as the goods are sent from within Australia! Kicking myself for not checking the Site's Reviews before placing the Order. :( 😞

Honestly these are my go to shorts for golf. The short fit great and I love the material.

This is cheap horrible product that looks nothing like what is advertised. Having to send back to US at cost is in breach of Australian ACCC law. Do Not Buy!!

I ordered 2 pairs of pants they arrived in a good amount of time. I found the I could have have ordered a size smaller( my Fault) sent an email and they sorted it out straight away.
Will definitely be ordering some more from tham

Easy site great service. I made a mistake with my order. Emailed their support and they had it sorted within 15 hours which is excellent considering we are in totally different time zones,

Company cheerfully agreed to size change on 2 pair of shorts. Knowing correct size over the internet is difficult to get right on first order. Returning product and getting corrected product is very time consuming and could be faster but hopefully ends well!

The whole experience was great. Got exactly what I ordered.
Unfortunately the pants 👖 were too long.
Worked out a satisfying result for a refund.
