The Teams interaction call with my mentor, Anna Taylor, was a very positive experience. She was highly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the session, and was able to answer all of my queries clearly and effectively. Her communication was professional and well-spoken, which made the discussion easy to follow and engaging. I also appreciated her willingness to offer continued assistance throughout the course, which gave me confidence moving forward. Overall, it was a very helpful and reassuring session.

I completed their course package over three months ago and was promised an exam voucher as part of what I paid for. It's now been nearly three months since I first requested the voucher, and despite multiple follow-ups and promises that the issue is being "escalated," I still have nothing.

Their customer service is non-existent. No concrete updates, no realistic timelines, just empty promises and excuses. I paid for a service that included an exam voucher, and they simply haven't delivered what was promised.

Three months later and I'm still chasing them for something that should have been provided immediately upon course completion. Absolutely unacceptable business practices.

Save your money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other training providers who actually deliver what they promise and respect their customers' time.

Completed a course months and months ago. Had to ask every week for my certificate which I still don't have now.all I was told is that there as an issue with sending certificates at the moment this was before months before Christmas. I have sent further emails asking for this. I enrolled in another course with them last year aswell and paid upfront I won't be doing it if they don't supply certificates. So I have lost money because of this. Impossible to get in touch with. The phone just rings and rings no answer the WhatsApp message doesn't get looked at. All round terrible website and I believe it is a scam

I paid £474.05 on 8 November 2024 to Imperial Learning Ltd (trading as 1Training) for a PRINCE2 Foundation course including an exam code.

I completed the learning and requested my exam code on 25 September 2025. I submitted a formal complaint on 29 October 2025.

Months later, the exam code has still not been provided. I have repeatedly been told there are “technical issues” with no resolution or timeframe.

As a result, I have been unable to complete the qualification and no longer have access to the learning materials. This has directly impacted my ability to apply for jobs while unemployed.

Trading Standards are now involved. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from this provider.

Absolute con. It’s not real. Take your money then no course. No response to email WhatsApp number is invalid and the phone number is a voicemail. Con artist

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid over £800 for PRINCE2 course including exams. Despite requesting the exams as instructed I never received them. When trying to discuss the issue or request a refund you just get completely ignored. Yet message to enquire about paying for a course and they reply straight away. Absolute scam, I will be reporting to Trading standards and pursuing legal action. Avoid at all costs.

I booked the PRINCE2 Practitioner Course (Edition 7), but I still haven’t received my exam voucher. I attempted to take the exam in October 2025 and have followed up several times since by email and through the complaint form.
Initially, I was told the voucher would be issued, and my expiry date was extended, so I waited as advised. However, months have now passed with no further updates, and none of my recent messages have been acknowledged. My access to the learning platform is about to expire, and I have spent hundreds of pounds without being able to sit the exam.
I would appreciate this being resolved urgently by issuing my exam voucher immediately or providing a full refund. The lack of communication and delay has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Pathetic company, a complete fraud.Bought a Prince 2 foundation course. Never got a voucher for exam. There is no one to talk to. There is a chatbot that no one responds on. Complete fraud, stay away.

I would strongly advise exercising caution before registering with this organisation for any certification. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the ITIL Foundation course in November 2024 and requested my exam voucher in May 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the voucher to date.

Their phone lines have been consistently unreachable, and my emails have gone unanswered. Based on this experience, I would recommend retaining your funds and considering alternative, more reliable providers.
