I have been trying to get an examination voucher approved for months. Haven't heard back from support over email in weeks, phone support lines dont get answered. Terrible customer service, which is resulting in me not being able to access an examination I have paid for and is affecting my career as the course is key to my progression.

My experiences is based on the flexibility of your studies. Actually, you learn during your spare time and the tuition fees are flexible and affordable.

I enrolled in a PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner course bundle with exam vouchers included in November 2022. While the foundation voucher arrived promptly, I have encountered significant delays and unexpected charges with the practitioner exam voucher.

Here is a breakdown of the timeline:

-Course Bundle: Purchased both foundation and practitioner courses with included exam vouchers in November 2022.
- Foundation Voucher: Arrived promptly upon request.
- Course Extension: Paid for an extension to complete the course.
- Practitioner Voucher Request: Requested the voucher before the course expired.
- Unexpected Fee: Received a message stating Peoplecert revised exam voucher pricing and required an additional £70 and grudgingly paid the extra fee on 27 February 2024
- Confirmation & Delay: Received confirmation on 4 March 2024 that the voucher was processed, with an expected arrival within 12-14 working days.
- It is now February 2025 and I still haven't received the voucher for my PRINCE2 practitioner exam despite numerous reminders and a breach of contract letter in December 2024.
UPDATE: It's now end of May 2025, no voucher, no reply. PeopleCert have confirmed that they are no longer working with 1Training.org

It has been more than a month now and the Customer Service didn't provide the Exam Voucher yet. Whenever I reach out to them, they blindly end the conversation saying "Exam Voucher" will be issued soon. They have been giving the same response since 30th Dec.
People who are looking to enrol with 1training, please please don't make the same mistake. I am telling this from my experience with them and you would thank me later. By mistake if you had chosen them, you will definitely regret for choosing 1training and remember no one would help you. I'm sorry.

Don't sign up with this provider! We paid for an employee to do Agile PRiNCE 2 with them in the autumn. They seem to be having a big issue with their exam provider and our employee still hasn't been able to take their exam. They are not answering the phone, responding to emails or responding to complaint made.

There are no official exam vouchers issued by this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and they have refused. I have reported this company to the Financial Authorities yet they still continue to trade and take money from unsuspecting customers. This should not be allowed. I have applied for a section 75 from my credit card company and have received a full refund. AGAIN please do not part with your hard earned money as you will be disappointed. If you have then apply for a section 75 as you will receive a full refund.

They took my money and never provided me with my vouchers for my exam which i paid for.

My case is still ongoing which i will continue to fight!

This is a fraudulent company, i beg you if you're reading this.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I BEG YOU.. ITS FRAUD, YOU ARE BETTER CONTACTING PEOPLE CERT DIRECTLY as they are no longer even training with them which i had confirmed. Stay away

I still didnt receive any response from them on my exam voucher for Prince 2 Foundation. Very bad customer service.

Enrolled on Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner at the end of October (and paid in full) with the 'cast iron guarantee' (as per contract and on their website) that the exam vouchers would be sent immediately. Roll on 3 months and many emails and voucher still not here. Tomorrow I'm lodging a direct complaint with Peoplecert and starting a Section 75 claim against Imperial Learning Ltd (1training) - formerly Globaledulink Ltd - with Amex. My advice to anyone else in this situation - if you paid with Debit or Credit Card - Chargeback or Section 75 - you will get your money in full and 1training will have to pay a fee to the CC Company for the trouble! Don't accept their promises - they're trying to time you out!

Great support, very easy to book exams. Super quick in getting back to you should you require any sort of assistance.

There is a good range of courses and qualifications to get. The content closely reflects the skills needed in the job market and are good to present for job opportunities and career changes.

I paid £503 to complete a Prince2 course in Feb 2024. I requested my exam voucher and ebook code to complete my course in April 2024. I have been chasing since then and have been asking for my money back since September 2024, they keep diverting the question and say that I will get the voucher soon. They do not pick up the phone and when I email to ask for my money back, they don’t provide me with a relevant response to getting my money back.

Ridiculous customer service. Absolutely 0 response when tried contacting them a million times via Chatbot, Emails and Phone calls. They just have all these modes of communication for the sake of having them. Once we enrol ourselves and pay the money for any course, they will make a fool out of us. Please dont trust them.

I had a wonderful experience on this Diploma in Nursing Assistance course. It is really helping me start my journey in Nursing.

Continued to email and message weekly from my initial review but still no response, no answer to phone calls, to refunding me the money with me even taking the 10% loss on my side for this company's poor service and incompetence.
