It's a scam! I completed an Agile PM course with 1Training and have been chasing my exam voucher for over six months, with little progress. Each time I email, I’m offered a course extension – which I appreciate – but what’s the point if I’m never able to obtain my qualification?

Having completed the learning for Prince2 Agile Foundation, requesting my exam voucher as per the process, emailing, chasing over and over..no exam voucher. Waste of money and time

We bought 4 Prince2 courses for our team. Having completed the learning part of the courses, the team applied for their exam vouchers via 1training. 1Training consistently fail to issue the vouchers claiming some technical issues / delays. They extend your course to "give you more time" but the exam vouchers are never issued.

Their support team have now stopped responding to us. Scam, stay away!

no stars, paid for prince 2 training, requested the exam voucher in june 2024 after many many emails i still havent had the voucher and my requests for a refund are ignored

As mentioned by every other legitimate person here, the PRINCE2 certification is a scam. I've been trying to get mine since Feb 2025. I took them to small claims and won but still trying to get reimbursed. This is run by criminals. If you look up the owner you can see multiple businesses run by them at different addresses. Crazy how they can keep running as a business.

As reported by other users, I've been unable to take the PRINCE2 exam after multiple attempts and time wasted trying to make this happen. This is clearly fraudulent. Save your money.

Like many other reviews I have also requested my exam voucher for the Prince2 practitioner course and it hasn’t been forthcoming, I requested this in march 25 and it’s now June 25 and I have had no explanation or resolution despite requesting this on numerous occasions, totally unacceptable- never use this company!

DO NOT USE this company. I have been trying to obtain my exam voucher for PRINCE 2 Agile since Jan 2025. Despite numerous emails to them I have received no exam voucher & no access to the digital manual. This is appalling! This course was meant to be an important part of my career progression. Instead I have wasted almost 6 months trying to resolve this matter which is clearly never going to happen. I will be pursuing a claim & as previous reviewers have stated a report to trading standards. Save your precious money & time by avoiding this company!

Do not use this company! My employee requested an exam voucher in December. It is now May and he hasn't received it despite multiple emails, letters and calls. Legal threats do nothing. They just ignore you. Nightmare customer service and there's obviously some massive issue with their exam vouchers which they won't admit to. I'm reporting them to Trading Standards and suggest others do the same.

Applied to do Prince2 certification. You need the handbook to take the course as the instructor refers to reading this in the first module. Was told this would be supplied when I applied for exam voucher. Applied for this in early January 2025, and it is now 30 April. No sign of voucher, or handbook despite repeated requests. Have been assured that this will be sent to me on a number of occasions but still no sign. Now taking legal action to reclaim my money. Teaching material is also disappointing and not worth the cost.

I am currently enrolled in the Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management with 1TRAINING, and my experience so far has been both rewarding and inspiring. The course content is well structured and comprehensive.

The platform itself is user friendly and easy to navigate, with clearly organized modules and progress tracking tools that help keep me on schedule. The support team at 1TRAINING has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had queries or needed guidance.

PRINCE 2 - After issuing me my Prince2 foundation voucher they told me that my Practitioner voucher was avaible. This was over 4 months ago. IGNORING calls, ignoring emails, there is no way to be able to contact them. I even used the WhatsApp messenger where they read my messages but didn't respond. The fact they stated in an email that my VOUCHER is avaible but has been WITHHELD places them in a poor LEGAL position. This is all useful EVIDENCE I intend to use when I begin LEGAL ACTION against 1Training and produce a "Letter Before Action" for the SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I am in the fortune position to be able to follow through with this. I am about to go through the arduous process of claiming the money back from the bank for FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS.

Still no certificate after passing the course in September 2024, every week telling me the same things that they are experiencing a delay in the QA process and certs would be issued soon. How long do you wait before taking it further as this seems to be a scam at the moment

I haven't received the voucher for the final exam. I contacted them, they say that they are working on it but nothing so far. I am very disappointed with the course. It turned out to be a scam.

Please do not use this company for your training as they do not provide certification upon completion of a course.
