I completed a course with 1training a few months ago, but I’m still waiting for my certificate and have received no communication from them. Their standard response is that their departments are ‘ery busy’, but this excuse rings hollow.

When I contacted the relevant governing body to inquire about my registration, they informed me that I’m not even registered with them. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the course and the company.

Furthermore, 1training claims to be partnered with reputable organizations such as banks, universities, and the NHS. However, when I contacted a few of these institutions, they denied any partnership with 1training.

What’s even more suspicious is that 1training owned by the same director as two other companies, Imperial Learning and Global Edu Link. A quick search on the UK Company Information website confirms this connection.

Interestingly, Global Edu Link has a similar profile of negative reviews on Trustpilot, and their website bears a striking resemblance to 1training.o. The similarities are too striking to be coincidental, and I believe this is more than just a case of bad business practices - it’s a potential scam

I recently enrolled to 3 Project management and six sigma courses with 1Training and my learnining experince is far better than I expected. I alredy one exam successfully passed. The course content is well structured and video tutorials are excellent. Mock exam and the gamified course content fullfil learning experince at the best.

I bought Prince2 agile practitioner with exam and I requested my exam voucher on 8 August thinking to pass the exam during my holidays but yet we are in November, and I still didn’t receive the voucher.

Everything goes well until you request your exam voucher. I first was surprises when receiving an email saying it takes 7-24 business days to issue the voucher which is not something they mention when you purchase the course. In September they said they were overwhelmed with the demand for exam voucher (like everyone had the same idea to pass the exam in the middle of August). Then they keep delaying without providing a timeline neither an explanation of what the real issue is. Since October, they are giving my voucher top priority but now in November they don’t answer emails.

I bought the course to pass the exam, not to view videos I can find on youtube or get mock exam that are available on Axelos website (downloadable in pdf).

Be careful if you think taking the Prince2 exam with them. Lot of time and money wasted.

The courses are illustrious and so vividly and cogently nuanced. The knowledge gained from the courses can be applied in many disciplines.
The courses also enabled me to gain some critical thinking skills.

Company offering many courses. I purchased a Prince2 one and they provided me with outstanding customer support.
They were prompt in answering my doubts and helping me through. I would choose one of their courses again.

I completed my online Master in Tefl some years back. It has really been fantastic in propelling my career as I travelled across different countries. Also helped to open opportunities to build on and further my education. Was really pleased with the ease and flexibility the course allowed me to complete it in my own time at my own pace.
