The ease of enrolment through to partaking of the course and then obtaing results and certificates.
Communication channels were good too.

Great experience, I did a course. Finished it within 3 months. Very informative and great experience, I look forward to doing more of these.

great! amazing variety in training

This is a revised review following 1Training flagging my previous review was inflammatory.

My wife paid for Prince2 in Feb 25 and after multiple complaints and escalations she was promised an exam code which never arrived, customer services provide the same excuses, system errors, volume of business etc… bottom line they do not answer the phone, they operate from a communal meeting rooms in Holborn - apparently, not listed on Companies House… customer services is appalling, there are far better training providers out there - who issue exam codes within a sensible timeframe.

I also found their exact learning material on YouTube - open source and no subscription - so the £420 fee is for the exam code - which was only issued after resorting to reporting the company to our Bank who challenged the payment.

They promise to resolve issues but don’t. An exam code was allegedly issued last Friday (since Feb 24) that is just not on… we have decided not to use this provider and will spend the refund on another provider.

If you want no nonsense and good service avoid this company at all costs. The more you dig into this company online, the office address, LinkedIn and so on the more the red flags will become apparent.

They have moved heaven and earth to remove negative reviews and we have evidence which I cannot share here.

Just beware and very careful before parting with your money - I would never use this provider for training or qualification… they are simply not value for money or competent.

I suspect all negative reviews are removed in the same manner - issue an exam code way beyond the 14 day promise and badger the reviewer to remove or edit their review.

1Training we are beyond disappointed in your services and truly believed we were being scammed - we won’t use the exam code now so can’t confirm or deny if this is a scam or not!

My experience with 1Training has been excellent, the quantity of courses to chose from is extensive and the platform is quite well put.
I learnt a lot about office administration to help me reach my goal in my job and for me it was an easy and nice way to get this knowledge.
The prices are quite reasonable. I totally recommend this platform to start learning.

I appreciate the customer service I received from Nick who helped me to understand how the learning portal works and what I need to be aware about the course and learning portal. The course I purchased was Level 7 Diploma Strategic Management and my feedback about the course is great. The support I am receiving from customers service agents and tutor is appreciable.

Enrolled to Six sigma course with a reference of my friend who has done the same course from 1training last year. I have very positive feedback about the course content and tutor. The black belt course content is excellent and interesting to study every topics. The tutor is explaining complex topic with examples and scenarios very well that make easy for us to understand the theory behind the scenario and how it applies to real life situations. His knowledge and subject expertise are at the best level. I studied Green belt course from another provider sometime back and this is much better than that and I am happy to recommend the course.

I have been scammed, but luckily having contacted an investigative journalist, reported the scam to Action Fraud Police, Bank, Trustpilot, Linkedin, Twitter etc I have had my money retrieved via the Bank's Fraud Controls.

This company has a number of trading names, however 1Training is not a registered company, for Trustpilot they only proved the ownership of the domain name (.org).

Despite calling the scammers out their website is still trading but i sense this will be brought down following the actions and SLAs of the organisations above.

DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY - I paid over £420 for Prince2, I have now found the very same online course on Youtube... 1Training promise to supply an Exam Code within 14 days of purchase - and this code is never supplied, they then send you plenty of emails promising this and that but nothing actual gets resolved.

So after some investigation - the company is not registered, Linkedin has 1 employee (search for yourself)... website has spelling errors throughout, displays other reputable companies that have no awareness of who 1Training are.

Whatsapp for communications / chat bot whereby they fail to answer any of the queries above and keep banging on about being legit and exam code will be sent within 24 hours - yet it never comes, because they have pocketed your money and not been successful is obtaining a bonafide Exam Code from a real professional body - PeopleCert have never heard of this company.

Head office is in Holborn, I visited it, its a meetings room place and again staff at the location have never heard of 1Training or have any record of them ever using their offices.

There are lots of positive reviews here but I worry that the courses have been the same as mine - open source - and the exam codes have merely been purchased to satisfy a small number of complaints... or the exams themselves are open source - hence again people on here have never received a certificate.

I could go on and on with what has been found out about this company - some if it is with the right organisation to track and bring these criminals to justice... their footprint is not very elaborate, but their scam is.

DO YOUR OWN INVESTIGATIONS IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE THIS REVIEW... YOU WILL QUICKLY SMELL A RAT AND DETERMINE ALL OF THE ABOVE FOR YOURSELVES AND MUCH MORE.

MY ONLY AGENDA FOR THIS REVIEW IS TO STOP OTHERS LOSING MONEY AND TIME BELIEVING IN THIS SCAM!

They do not issue exam vouchers
They do not respond to emails, complaints. Can’t get them on the phone. Was told would have it guaranteed by the end of a week, did not receive. Multiple voicemails left

If you to be certificated and accredited, use a different company. I have been waiting for months.

I will be raising this with Axelos and PeopleCert. I will also be sending 1Training a 'Letter before Action' to go to the Small Claims Court.

It's easy to use and trustworthy website. Had a fantastic experience with this service. The website was easy to navigate, and there were no hidden fees. The pricing was reasonable,
and I used both their storage and delivery services, both of which were smooth and hassle-free.
I didn't have any experience with reselling, so I can't comment on that aspect.

Brilliant course. Fantastic support given. Would recommend to further your career.
