Never used the company but delivered everything with no hassle

booked a return flight to nashville with this company and believe me it wasn't cheap. When I checked in at Manchester BA told me i had an illegal connection i was flying to Heathrow and apparently a minimum of 1 1/2 hours need to be allowed to make connection i had 1 hour 10 minutes and they told me if i missed flight travel agent would be responsible for providing me with another flight. Needless to say i didn't make the connection and rang worldwide flights and they didn't want to know i had to sort my own way to Nashville and from leaving from Manchester it took me 28 hours to get there. They did the same on my return flight 1 hour 10 minutes again I had no chance of making the flight I had to spend 27 hours in Philadelphia airport before the flight the following night it took me over 2 days travelling to arrive home. Im 65 years old not in the best of health after arriving home 5 days ago am still unwell my blood pressure is sky high which is not surprising after spending 27 hours being stuck in an airport. Avoid this company for your health and sanity

The trip was an early birthday treat for my daughter, a great Elvis fan. Good flights, shame that American airlines ran out of wine and beer before halfway to Miami. Good hotels both but caution in Memphis, buses finish EARLY and cabs are scarce (Uber disease!). Gracelands is superb whether a fanatic or not, the music good everywhere. Amtrak to New Orleans is a nice experience. A fine city with so much to do that 3 days only scratches the surface. The new BA direct Dreamliner flight home was delayed, but first class. A great value trip with enough time to cover the bases. Well organised.

I WAS seen to by marc ,he was just so polite and professional, I actually called 3 times for flight detail .
and every time I got marc, he got me good deals but I kept changing my mind, yet he was cool calm and professional.
I will book through this company again , marc is a credit to the company well done .

Good all around but agency booked us on Tenerife south airport, though our hotel was in Tenerife North. Which meant 2 hours drive + the hour delay, it meant our first night was wasted.
Coming back again we were booked so early that our whole day is travel to airport. Shame 2 days wasted.

Tina was fantastic at helping me get the best flights possible to Bali! She was so patient and make things very easy for me, would highly recommend!

Russel was my sales point of contact and was very very helpful. He was clear in the details and I got a great deal. He knew I was anxious about the airline with the best price, but gave me piece of mind and walked me through the whole process. I would certainly contact Russell again for future trips.
