Excellent service received from Harry. So professional, patient and knowledgable. I have now booked 2 fantastic cruise packages for next year for 8 adults per cruise and will recommend and continue to use yourselves due to the excellent service and competitive prices being provided.

Apart from one exception good info and service.

Cabin location notified at booking time - gave info about celebrity Tand C's that I needed.

The exception was that, on first contact, the deposit was 600pp, then went to 650, then at booking went to 700.
Couldn't be bothered to argue about the changes but not good

Rosie McLaren was superb. She worked really hard for us and gave us a tremendous cruise to New Zealand in 2028. She does what she says, which was fantastic.

Whilst we waited for an hour on the line to get through, including 15 minutes when, upon checking, they had been shut for 15 minutes, we were quite disappointed. We called again the next morning and got through to Harry. He was really great, knowledgeable and professional, pleasant and reassuring. He saved the day, thanks Harry. The booking process was straightforward, reasonable deposits, but the price was higher than advertised.

Andy was clear about the booking. Upon checking the email confirmation, the promised cruise cabin was different from what I was promised. I was told of a sea-view with a window; instead, I got an inside cabin.
