The treatment good End result dissappointing
The treatment was very good
The colour was exactly as I requested
The fitting of them do not match my smile
Have been for to follow up checks & they just say it’s normal that I need to wait that they are of good fitment
I however keep saying it’s changed my smile & are to big

Fantastic service
From the initial assessment to the final procedure, the process could not have gone better. The company are amazing. Nothing is rushed and they take time and care to ensure that you understand the process and what to expect. They make no false promises. It can all seem a little daunting but they put you at ease. The customer service, often by WhatsApp, or phone, is exceptional and the Facebook group offers amazing support. There are also weekly podcasts on YouTube and Facebook, which give great insight. There are local clinics for assessment and follow up, which is a massive bonus, although the major surgical work is undertaken at Warrington. Hotel accommodation is provided, which makes it a better experience.
Could not be happier with the service I have received.

A new smile
From the first enquiry to the end result I cannot fault the care by the whole 21D team. I cannot stop smiling at everyone because I am no longer embarrassed by my teeth. 21D do not do cosmetic teeth resets but my reset was allowed as I had lost several teeth and most of the rest of my teeth were failing me. Dr Anna, who performed my reset, is my Tooth Fairy Godmother, she and her team kept me calm and informed throughout the procedure. I was anxious before the procedure and about the end result but seeing the end result I realised that I didn't need to be anxious as 21D performed to an exceptionally high standard.

Highly recommend 21d
Highly recommend 21d. First approached them in March this year (2026) and was given the go ahead. Surgery date was 15th of June. Between these two dates I was instantly updated if any new information came to light.
The day of the surgery I was in the chair at 08:00 and all done by 11am.
Had to go back for my 4 week sign off which was a success. We're now almost 10 weeks in and I love it, I'm eating apples and corn on the cob again and I can chew food on both sides now.
To all the amazing staff at 21d, thank you.
To anyone thinking about it, just do it, it is life changing.

Annual Review
It was noticed at my annual review that my bite wasn't quite right. I was told I would be given another appointment to have full data capture done and it would be sorted. I wouldn't have been home 1/2 an hour when 21D were on the phone arranging my appointment for the following week. I attended the following week and everything was carried out in a professional manner. The staff gave 1st class service. Again I couldn't praise or recommend 21D enough.

I can't stop smiling
I first reached out to 21D in February 2026 and right from that first contact knew that I'd chosen the correct company to put the smile back on my face.
From the excellent support that I received during the full clinical assessment at Lutterworth in March, the fantastic work carried out during the surgical reset in Warrington at the end of May to the amazing work carried out by all the staff during the data capture and sign off in Lutterworth today I could not have wished for a more caring, professional company.
No more hiding my teeth behind my hand, making excuses for having my camera turned off on video calls or feeling embarrassed about talking in public. I have my confidence back - thank you 21D

All done to a fixed price, 21D has an amazing team of experts and facilities that are second to none!

I had a great experience at this dental practice. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
The clinic was clean, well-organised, and ran on time. The treatment was carried out with care and attention to detail, and I felt well looked after throughout the visit.
