I cannot recommend 21D highly enough, the staff and the service is fantastic. I had my implants last year and have recently been for my annual check. If you are considering having implants definitely give them a try. I am delighted with the work and service provided.

Every member of staff has been extremely professional and put me at ease. It's a big decision to have the surgery and the communication and understanding at every stage has been perfect, which made the decision so much easier.
What a difference to my everyday life, having the new implants has made.

Exemplary patient after care.
Was warmly met by a patient coordinator and shown to a private waiting room for my annual maintenance appointment 2 years after my sign off. A small issue with a compression was noticed so an appointment was made for scans and oral X-ray in order to make a new prosthesis. The level of attention to detail and customer care and patient aftercare is exemplary at 21D.

Amazing
From start to finish,I felt the whole process to be very professional. Any queries I had were quickly responded to. I was made to feel calm throughout the whole process. My sign off was a little later than the norm, but that was only because 21D wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Due to soft bone, my healing took a little longer, but I was more than happy to wait knowing I would be not signed off until 21D were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone wanting to improve their oral hygiene, smile and being able to eat properly once again. This has changed my life both mentally and physically and I will be eternally grateful to 21D. The staff are all so lovely and the service is 100%.
