Fine but partial cancellation without pre-notice
One of the two ítems in my order was cacelled due to an error in the on-line stockage without communication prior to shipment (first email after delivery confirmed both items shipped, and later on I received communication on partial reimbursement by PayPal. Weird). I would have liked to include another lp to compensate for shipping costs, but no chance.
Apart of that, the delivery went well and the lp that came was well packaged. Thanks

Helpful staff and delicate vinyl packaged really well!
I was lucky enough to find the limited edition Record Store Day Chemical Brothers vinyl in stock at 33rpm - however I was a bit concerned because I'd just had a vinyl arrive from a different record store bent practically in half by royal mail, so wasn't sure if it was possible to send vinyl safely via royal mail - so I contacted 33rpm and they were super helpful and said their packaging was really good and should be ok, and if anything happened they'd be there to help.
I bit the bullet and ordered, and it arrived yesterday extremely well packaged, with padding and a really strong stiff cardboard package. It's in perfect condition, thank you to all at 33rpm for getting something to me that I thought I'd missed out on :)
