Superb customer support
Ordered vinyl from Ireland to Switzerland, sadly it got damaged on its way here. But the customer support answered quickly (within 3 hours in my case) and issued a refund almost immediately. It was just bad luck, so if there is any vinyl that I only find on their site I still might order it from there.

It was great for Erwin to drop the Albums to me which he had specially ordered. The special order was very fast in coming. Erwin is a pleasure to deal with.
I'll enjoy the music for a good while now. Thanks again 33RPM.

I bought this item online as I wasn’t able to stop by, but I genuinely love this shop for the friendly staff. They always make me feel so welcome and are so helpful, shopping here is a joy because of them.
