Update: it is an outright lie to suggest I agreed to the €15 compensation. You sold me a dangerous bike and tried to rely on my lack of bike expertise to screw your customer. I had it repaired at my own time and cost and you refused to cover the expense. All I wanted was the bike I bought in new condition. Your offer of a return and refund is a joke coming after I had repaired the bike and would still have left me out of pocket for the repair.

Original review: I ordered a bike online for my son’s birthday and paid for the bike to be assembled and delivered. It arrived with a punctured tyre and brakes that were later found to be dangerous. The customer service was non existent. I took the bike to be repaired nearby with the shops agreement. They refused to refund me the full vouched cost of the repairs. Awful service

Fantastic online shop and even better in store. No messing when it comes to communication, quick replies via whatsapp and email. Great advice and really have your best interests at heart. I dropped into the shop today and was greeted by one of the friendliest and most enthusiastic employees I believe I have ever encountered. Top knowledge and advice and even let me go for the longest test ride ever on a high end ebike despite the lashing rain. Don't waste your time going anywhere else,these guys are amazing!

I recently left my bike in with 360 Cycles for a service. There was easy online booking, options for various drop off times & I was kept UTD with any additional work that needed done & the cost of same. Furthermore a small adjustment that needed to be done after the service which was quickly attended to when I dropped into the shop.

Most impressive of all was my experience on the day I left my bike in.
All staff members were very busy on that day with drops offs & collections as well as people asking about bike purchases.
A member of the public who was using a rollator then arrived & asked if someone could fix the brakes on it. Despite being very busy & despite this being somewhat outside their remit the staff member said no problems & attended to it immediately.

I thought that action spoke volumes about the ethos of the business & those working there. & as such has secured my continued loyalty & prompted me to write this review

Have been using 360 Cycles for a number of years now and can’t rate the service offering highly enough. Customer facing, attention to detail, prompt, professional and totally transparent around pricing etc - are the main attributes that come to mind. Excellent use of Email, Online etc to provide updates, itemised billing etc!

After the mess up with lack of communication the 360 team completely redeemed themselves with a great service and couldn’t help out enough. I’d like to think that I must of just caught them on a bad day

I Gave 360’s chance while ago, when my LBM was slagging work.
I never met mechanics with so much attention to detail and taking pride in theirs work, from first recommendation to last explanation and bike handover, I am using them for last couple of years and would not change, they are servicing my trail abused bike as well as family bikes I can’t recommend theirs work enough

I am very happy with my decision to order here eventhough I live in Germany. I really needed the Yuba Pop top Cover for my Family ebike but it seemed nowhere available. Then I found it with a Shop in Spain that does not deliver to other countries and at 360 cycles, which I contacted since my English is better than my spanish. The support was friendly and very helpful with making my Order and delivery possible. They calculated the delivery cost, informed me and placed the order. They even phoned me to double check the postcode and the Package was sent the following day. I am also very happy with the product itself.

I bought a pannier bag yesterday morning. Item was delivered within 24hrs and fitted straight away. Excellent.
