The products I need, at a fair price, quick turn time and a ship-from location 1 day away from me. After many years of practice I can fly through their online ordering system.

Quality and turn around times.

Products are great and 90% of the time everything goes well. It's when you have issues with an order that isn't so great. It can take 24 - 48 hours to hear back about a trouble ticket or get any answers. Also, in printing there are sometimes questions about files before we order and no good way to reach out. It would be nice to have a speciifc contact.

Hello, we have been using 4Over for 21 years and the quality has been always on point!! They have made us look GREAT as company for many, many years.
I would say the last 4-5 years we were having more printing and/or finishing issues. And it’s worth to mention that they have always fixed the mistakes. That still causes delays and some frustrations internally and with our clients.

I would say for the last 6 months things have been run is smoothly. We will still be using 4Over and recommend them.

Most of our jobs are easy to order, upload and verify art, and get to us as planned. Sometimes there are so many choices that bidding can be time consuming, it would be great to use AI to let us know if there's a more efficient way to order. Also color consistency, folding and cutting need improvement.

Great products and very affordable. Quick turnaround is always a plus. Never had an issue.

95% rate for printing always correct. Then if a problem it gets fixed quickly and fairly. Pricing is great, shipping on signage is expensive and large banners get damaged.

I have partnered with 4Over for well over a decade and they have been great to work with.

We've been working with 4over for over 15 years. But this past 2 years have been a down the hill road. Lately I've been having quality issues, art uploading issues and delays; however prices are going up, shipping went from $0 to $10 even for a $20 order.

I now have to split my attention between 2-3 different distributors since I needed to search for other cheaper, better quality options when before I only used 4over.

Worst thing is that they don't seem to do anything about it!

The turnaround time is absolutely perfect!!
Not to mention the product quality is spotless!! I have been doing business with 4over for about 11 years and NEVER had an order messed up!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is by far the best company that I use to outsource printing too. I use these guys exclusively. I been in the printing trade for 40 years and they are great to work with. Easy to order online and upload printing jobs too
