I have been dealing with 4 over for over 20 years. Their prices are great and the quality is good as well.

I like the options for products. Since It's my first order, I'm having trouble uploading the files and getting approval on foil invitation. The sponsor card was great, but the foil products are difficult to understand and get feedback.

Lately, you guys have been many reprints; this causes orders to be delayed, and the customers don't care about the reason why is late, they just need the product on they hands asp

good customer service to check print quality, fair pricing although i miss the free delivery

Been using 4over for at least 6 years, but after a recent issue, I may have to reconsider using their services for our LGBTQ nonprofit and my businesses.

We ordered a $200+ banner for the Game Developers Conference, and it was sent to an incorrect address in Northridge, despite other items in our order being sent to the correct shipping address in San Francisco. We contacted customer service as soon as we realized our order hadn't arrived in time and requested a refund because we didn't receive the item. This back-and-forth went on for months before we were offered a reshipment of the order, which we declined because the need for the banner was specifically for GDC. After we had asked for a refund, not a reorder, we didn't receive a response, even after a couple of follow-ups. We requested our bank dispute the charge and provided all the correspondence we had, and as of today, 4over has disputed our dispute.

As a small business owner and someone who manages a small nonprofit, it's really disappointing to see such a lack of focus on the customer. I'm hoping this review reaches someone who may be able to help us address our concerns.

It was a great process overall. There were several errors along the way, and I believe some may have even been on my end, but they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. They went above and beyond to reprint, fix everything, and send it back through quality control without issue. Even with all of that, everything was delivered right on time, and the final quality came out amazing. Highly recommend!

Great products and great service. Staff is always attentive should any issues arise.
