I’ve been using 4over for some years now, but gradually the quality has gone down. I recently ordered some square business cards with rounded corners and the cuts are kinda rough. It’s minor to me, but not to a client.

I was charged $31 to ship 100 8.5x3.5 bookmarks. I feel like the orientation of the printed product does not match what was presented in the 3D preview, and this is a repeat issue for me. I've used 4Over for more than a decade on commercial print jobs but I'm looking for a new printer. The quality level has not kept up with the price increases.

My cards are not what the proof looked like. The fronts look great. The backs not so much. I have a black line the is supposed to bleed off the card. It doesn't. It looks like the cutter was off. My questions is, does anyone quality control these. Every single card looks bad.

Two years ago I might had had an issue . But recently they have been the most outstanding company I have worked with; Way better customer care and they fix any type of product or shipping issue right away. I very much recommend 4over.com .
