86daigou is a great website. Really. If you are buying internationally and doesnt pay attention to China's shippibg cost and expect the Rate to be the same with UPS or usps then you're stupid. It takes awhile for them to prepare your package and combine shipping Which is How they do things in China. I take It Yoy privilaged american borns have never had this experience. Honeslty stop crapping all over this website. Rob your money... seriously? If you want your stuff but doesnt want to pay international shipping then dont buy it. Remarks like i iwll never buy from them again are stupid as well. D you honestly think they care? They have market to international students who are probably wayyy richer and care wayyyy less than you. So the website wont even care about your thoughts since they have more important people to attend to. Seriously stop adking so much for how littlebyou want to pay, is disgusting. But their website is fantastic!

I saw this website and I thought the concept of this buy commodity through them in China was pretty good. But my experience with them was so disappointing

When you place your order. You were asked to pay right away. At this point, you assume thats what the total cost is. Nope. That is Not the case

What you paid is only the commodity. When they were sent to 86daigou, 86daigou will then inform you to pay your shipping. And dear Me that shipping cost will shock you. Then they will explain that actually if you become a member of theirs you will enjoy this this. And then apply for shipping membership you will get this this discount.

This is total disgusting. There is 0 advantage in price from this platform if I had been told how much the cost was. There is No chance I will place my order.

I contacted the customer service and were told if I need to cancel my order. They will charge 10% of my order. And I need to pay the domestic shipping cost.

So after lots of discussion I just can not be bothered to battle.

A company that cheat you and rob your money step by step!!

I agree 86daigou is scam.
\My order only weight 2.4ib, they charged as 2.9 KG, and no any refund for my transportation fee.
Beware before you put order.

This transaction of value over RMB200 is advertised as free international delivery but the seller want to charged me USD108.61 for the delivery. On 28/11/2017, I tried to open a dispute but something went wrong with the paypal resolution centre, and I end up opened as an unauthorised transaction. On 29/11/2017, the seller sent me email claimed that seller had started cancelling the transactions (Surprisingly, cancel is not an option before paypal freeze the transaction), but no refund is being processed yet. And, I suspect the seller pause the cancellation after received an email of clear of unauthorised transactions from paypal on 29/11/2017. I am still in the process to claim the refund thru paypal!

paypal refuse my claim and closed my dispute. I make to format complaint to paypal as following:
The Transaction of USD33.59 is for a lump sum of 6 transactions. On the day I opened the dispute, the seller started cancelling the transactions without my consent, 4 already cancelled but 2 remain (reason: return cost higher than value of item), the total value of 2 transactions are RMB34.23. The items are still with the seller, and in order to sent it out, the seller want me to make another paypal payment, due to my balance in the seller account is in negative value. The reason you refuse my claim is : To be eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection, the item you receive must be significantly not as described. We found that the seller's listing accurately described the item. I wonder in this case, does this still consider item as described?
I am really fed up with this seller, cancel transaction without my consent, overcharging postage cost, negative balance after paying for USD33.59 for transactions value of RMB34.23. In the worst scenario, I am ready to give up the 2 transaction. However, I am eligible to get back my partially refund of USD33.59 deducted of RMB34.23, if the full refund claim decision is not in my favor.

Updated 09/01/2018: I receive a secure message from Paypal

"Your claim has been closed as the seller provided us with proof that the item has been delivered to your address.

When a seller ships an item, we recommend sending it using a method that provides online tracking and shows the delivery of the item. If a claim is then filed, we ask the seller for a relevant tracking number for verification purposes.

This case was closed in the sellers favor because they provided us with valid online tracking information. This confirmed the delivery of the item to the address on the PayPal transaction details."

Of course this is entirely untrue since the seller never sent me anything, but case closed by Paypal forever !!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever. This company is a fraud .They are making false ad and never reply when you asked for a refund .But , luckily i made my transaction through paypal and paypal actually help me to get back my full refund .Therefore, If anyone is using paypal to make their payment , pls email or call paypal's customer service to open a dispute for your transaction . 之前用过几次他们的服务。虽说服务费和邮费很贵的收到的物品还算符合要求。所以今年10月底又从他们那儿订购了一次。上周五我收到了邮件。打开后衣服特别瘦小。在订购之前我仔细阅读了商家提供的尺码表，然后订购了M码，拿到衣服以后特别瘦。赶紧自己把衣服铺平量了一下胸围居然相差9.5厘米,比他们尺码表上的S码 还要小。第二天我跟八六代购的客户服务部电邮联系申请退货，说明理由并附上了实物测量的照片。客户服务部开始答应我联系卖家核实情况有消息会及时通知我让我耐心等待。五天后他们回复我说:卖家回复商品没有错有些误差是正常的。我要求退货客服说商品交易时间较久，卖家的售后端口已关闭不同意退货申请。

Totally agree with everyone below - if you purchased via PayPal and are not happy with the service, make sure you lodge a dispute with them asap. After reading the reviews here and another review website I've managed to lodge a dispute claim and got my money back - thank you PayPal!

This company is a scam, keep away from it, I should check the review before shopping on it. it is too late for me, I felt into it. The company said the first customer will get international free shipping if you order certain amount of material, you pay it first, then the shipping fee will refund back to you. So I paid RMB 800 shipping to Canada, week later I do notice that they credit back RMB 234 back to my account, that is way less then what I have paid, on of top that they refuse to refund this RMB 234 back to my credit card, so I have to keep this balance in my 86diagou account forever which I will never ever use it.

Their behaviors is not even worth 1 star, I would give them -10, I am dealing with my credit card company to dispute this transaction now. I suggest you do it too, we can't encourage them to cheat honest people.

This is a totally Fraudulent company, I ordered a item, then they told you need pay extra international shipping fee, but no option provided , that means no item to ship, I wanted to cancel the item, unable to cancel it.

I never receive a thing from this website, it's a scam. Let's discuss about how to protect your self after you send any money to this company.

1st of all, ask for refund in 30 days. this website always find a way to delay your case, until you can not ask for fully refund from your Paypal and credit card company.

2. Contact with Paypal and ask for a refund immediately. Paypal will hold your transaction and investigate your case. Normally you will get your refund in 7 days.

3. Report 86mall.com and 86daigou.com to Paypal. Let's work together and protect all potential victims.

Dreadful company who do not adhere to UK distance selling regulations on advertising with full charges, and not processing cancellations within 14 days.

As with others who have reviewed them, they advertise free international shipping on their website, only to ask for, in our case, ~£60 in shipping charges after checkout.

Dragged their feet when we asked for a cancellation, in the end we had no option but to raise a dispute with PayPal. PayPal found in favour of us and refunded us.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't even want to rate 1 star!! this is a total scam and I'm so regretted finding it out tooo late. Total goods cost RMB 1338.49 = NZD 270. Being told shipping weight is 37KG?!!!! WTfffffffff.... Shipping cost would be NZD $2516....WTFffffffffffffff. 10 times shipping cost than the value of goods purchased????!!!! are you serious.

This is the cheating website. They said it is “ order over 200 Yan Free shipping globe wild for the first time user ”which is absolutely a bait! I ordered over 300 yan and even I asked to ship to China and still be charged shipping fee and even it is not returned shipping cost to the my 86mall account. The price also much high than the taobao site. I had worst experience with this website.Stay away this 86mall.

Arbitrarily added weight without refund! And additional 10% service fee based on your purchase & postage!

I bought some clothes and it's weighed 1.2 kg. However, when I received it, I found it's only 950 g. I checked with them, and they said it's none of their business and I needed to check with the logistic company. Moreover, they said that they charged according to the volume other than mass, but they couldn't offer any criterion for the charge. Basically, they weigh at will, and would ignore all your complaints.

Btw, they also charge 10% service fee based on your purchase & postage, and they also add 10% to the weight of your goods, for which they claim as the package stuff. Ridiculous.

My lesson: NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM them!

86daigou changed their name to 86mall. I only found out that so many people has been cheated by this company after I get cheated. Please be aware that they changed a name but do the same old trick.
