Total misleading. Never buy from this site if you do not want trouble. They use weight to get your money. Never get your postage refund because they would add huge amount on weight claiming it is for packaging.

Don't buy from them! The shipping fee is seperate !!!

I purchased from them and they asked me pay again for shipping luckly I paid them by PayPal. I open up a complain case on PayPal which will take 12 days for PayPal to communicate with 86Mall, after 12 days, I need to arise up my complain case to let PayPal to handle the case or PayPal will drop my case.

But 86mall emailed me and told me it will take 15 days to refund my money. I ignored their email and arise up the case on PayPal, finally I got my money full return back.

So to protect yourself, use credit card or paypal to pay. If they cheating on you, you can get your full money back.

This company has extremely bad customer service. They didn't ship my stuff even 14 days after I paid for that overpriced shipping ($34 goods, $94 shipping). Their "free shipping" ad is tricky and you will find yourself having your overpaid shipping charges locked in your customer account on this website that you would never want to visit again. And they will do everything to refuse canceling the order or refunding the money. I have started disputes/claims on PayPal to get my money back.

1. charge transportation at will.
2. charge refund fees without explanation.
3. find excuses not to return.

I will fight and tell Paypal to get my money back.

My wife just bought a whole bunch of stuff from 86mall.com and I checked this site for reviews... Too late. I want to know if anyone above paid by PayPal and did any of you get your money back (goods and shipping)? Please help me to put in a case toward PayPal for dispute and claim.

The website said free international shipping but once you paid, they will withhold your items and ask you pay the additional shipping costs plus tons of other hidden costs. Your final cost would most likely be tripled. You also cannot cancel your order without paying cancellation fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. This company has no ethics or whatsoever and just want to take money from you.

I juz wanna try a different company to buy stuff from taobao, it went well until it reach their storage and I wanna ship my stuff to malaysia.....
FYI, I bought a beginner snooker cue for my friend as a gift and hats for me n my gf but..... The whole stuff cause a total of 5 kg..... Are u serious?!?!?!?! U add another 1kg of packaging weight, are u nuts???
OK then I proceed to the international shipping page.... I was like wtfffffff the whole shipping fee is like 67 usd which is fxxking expensive and my whole order is about 30usd...... It is a fxxking g double price of my order... R u really serious?????!!!! I am a Chinese too but is that really a way for a Chinese to earn money?????
It will be better if I bought a whole new set of cue in Malaysia which cause around 70 usd n Mayb this price include a snooker cue case as well.....

An advice to anyone that wanna buy taobao oversea, any other company but this.... I didn't try other company but this is the worst company as I check out the review on the Internet........ Buyer beware. Do not deal with this online shopping service - 86Daigou. It promotes free international shipping under 2kg but will make all kind of excuses not to honor it. When you check out for the shipping, it asks you to pay for the supposely free shipping charge and claim it will refund you in three days. It never happened. On top of that, you'll be charged with high service fee and insurance which amount to $20 USD. I tried to resolved with their customer support to no avail. So I ended up reported this to paypal and got my money back. I have also reported this incident to Federal Trade Commission.
