不要在86daigou上买！ 骗子

When I chose some products from 86Daigou.com. It requested me to pay a lot at the beginning. I though the cost would include the grain product and shipping and handling fee. But after the products arrived to 86daigou's inventory, I started to select shipping method, then I realized they asked me to pay much more for the shipping even through sea shipping. And the company paid to farmers very little; and more worse, they manipulate currency rate into very low (such as $1:6.0, or 6.1, or 6.2 YUN). And different product used different rate even you purchase in the same day. At the end of purchase, 1LB of millet can be $7 ~$9 dollars finally.
They have very kind customer service. So, don't be fooled by them -- A scam company in China.

This is a horrible company. I regret having bought a product from them. I thought to save some money but ended up paying much more than buying from ebay.

They lured you in with cheap product price with either free or very inexpensive international shipping. However when it came to actually ship the goods, they required you to pay very inflated shipping cost. I felt like being hostage and had to pay the ransom to get my goods.

Order some product from this website . After my payment .they told me the product not available .and never refund !!!.open dispute on PayPal. Be ware of this website .don't buy anything from them!!!!

I wanted to let everyone to know this Chinese Website’s Fraudulence. The 86daigou.com shows very attractive prices. However, they will charge multiple fees in the names of shipping, handling, custom duties, etc. The final price is far more than the posted prices. The orders have no confirmations, but you may see the transactions from your bank. You may not cancel the orders, but please do what I did: Tell 86daigou.com that you already filed the complaints to the local Police (中国公安部), Shanghai Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau (上海市工商行政管理局), Chinese Custom (中国海关), State Administration of Taxation (国家税务局), and International Criminal Police Organization (国际刑警).

Avoid it !! Do not get lured by their free shipping for first time customer promise. They lured customers with free international shipping free for first time customer but using all excuses to not honor their promise.And their shipping weight is inflated and the the shipping charge is much higher than any company we normally use.

Plus they charge various "fees".

They do not care the customers' interest- it is very obvious that their main purpose is to milk more money from the customers.

I do not think such kind of company could last long.
Most customers would be just "one time" customers who would never do business with them again. But I just want to warn new customers- do not be lured to buy from them!
It is not a honest company that you deal daily in United State.

If I could I could leave zero star for it.

1. its ad. says no international shipping fee, but its shipping fee is higher than ups or fed. I bought 1300rmb product and shipping fee is 600rmb plug managing fee 200rmb.
2. If you get bad product, they couldn't help you to replace or return. The product I bought cost me more than 2000rmb, but the product doesn't work as design.
3. If you really want to use it, please use credit card of usa, so you can get back your money. Don't use Alipay because Alipay is a checking account and couldn't get your money back.

The shipping cost they charge is crazily high plus a lot of hidden cost that they never revealed earlier. Please... don't buy or ship with this company. It's indeed a lier and do tell your friends around about this.

It advertised "新人特惠： 48 小时下单， <2kg 国际运输费全免, <2kg 国际运输费折上再享半价", 我在注册后5小时内就下单了，我提交的商品 包裹总重量 1903 g <2kg, 因此国际运输费应该全免。按86daigou收取10%服务费。服务费公式计算如下：服务费=（商品费用+国际运输费）×10% =（98元+0元）X 10% = 9.8 元。我应付86Daigou 的费用是 国际运输费（0 元）+8元报关费+8元包装费+服务费（9.8 元）= 25.8 元. But they still charge me 289.80元. it is 3 times of what I paid for my item! I did not agree with the charge. Tried to Email to them to resolve the issue, never get resolved. In the end I had to complaint from PayPal get my money back.

It's a scam. Don't ever trust this company. I was told that it would be free shipping for new members if the order has been placed within 48 hours. I purchased some costumes that cost RMB828.8. I thought it would be free shipping. No one was ever aware that once it reached the store, u have to make a second payment. So I simply waited for its arrival. After a week, I asked them the reason why it was delayed then only they would tell us that it required a second payment for the shipping fee. And that cost RMB411+. It was idiotic. I made a complaint to the PayPal and my credit card, hoping that there will be refund. I was dumb as I didn't read the review for this company. I just pray that they will be closed down.

I bought a book through this web and it said the shipment was free. I waited about a month and didn't receive the book. I checked the status online. It states that the book arrived the warehouse waiting for me to order the shipment. The shipment fee is over double the book price. I asked to return the book and got answer said it was too late to return.
Worst online shopping experience ever. The shipment arrangement and fee are always agreed before the payment. This web is a fraud. Please do not use their service ever!!!

This is my worst shopping experience ever:) I can't believe I actually trusted this company. On the website site, it states that new members get shipping off if order is placed in 24 hours. I was really happy and placed my order immediately. When I placed my order, it didn't even ask for my address or anything, just country. After you pay the money for the product, the order is placed.However, when my product arrived and it was ready to be shipped from 86 daigou. It said I needed to pay 284RMB for a bottle of 520g lotion. That is about 3 times the price of the product I bought. This is just absolutely unbelievable and I'm never ever buying anything from there again. I can't think of a reason why anyone will.

I recently bought a digital multi cooker from them. I was told that the first purchase would be free shipped to me at no cost. But after I paid for the purchase, they then quoted me a shipping charge almost 3 times the cost of the product, stating that the product weighed more than the allowed limit for free shipping which I wasn't made aware of before my purchase! As they have ordered it for me and the product had arrived at their warehouse, I couldn't return it as there was a cost involved with return which was too high so I decided to have it shipped to my cousin in Zhuhai who was coming to Australia to spend Christmas with us. As such, 86daigou charged me a hefty fee for shipping it from their warehouse to Zhuhai.

I wish my story could just end here. My poor cousin carried it all the way from Zhuhai to Perth on Christmas Eve. We tried to use it but the error message of E0 kept coming up. Looking up the manual, it states that E0 would require the product be sent back to manufacturer for repair.

So I emailed 86daigou with a little video clip and some photos. I chased them several times. Their response every time was that they were still waiting for a reply from the manufacturer.

Finally, after threatening them with web exposure, they came back with a manufacturer's number for me to call for repair. What a joke!

As far as I am concerned, if you are in the business of daigou you are responsible for the overall service from the purchase to the delivery of undamaged, quality products ordered by your customers. You are not here just to take their money caring nothing whether they get is a lemon!

They knew it would not be worthwhile for us to do anything any further, not even making a claim against them. We would just be wasting more time, if not money. There is absolutely nothing we can do, being outside of China. I am not insinuating they purposely sell faulty goods to people overseas but I am not discounting the possibility.

And after speaking to my girlfriend in Sydney, she told me she had a similar experience with 86daigou and she is no longer their customer. She told me that her product was also faulty, totally unusable. Like me, she spent a lot of money but didn't get what she wanted. She learnt a lesson though, not to buy from these people. I guess we both learnt a lesson, expensive, time-consuming and disheartening. The worst part is actually not the money, it is the lost faith.

These guys are thieves - straight up thieves. Run away - far away . Scum of the highest order.

This company has stolen a lot of money from me. The purposely charged you through different channels, for example, over estimating your package so that they can charge a lot more of your package. I once had a package delayed for more than one and half months. When I complained to them, they always replied me with the same sentence.

ordered the goods, paid freight, then got told couldn't post it because China custom, won't refund the freight due to paid to freight company already, how??? Still waiting for the refund for the goods after 2 month. Give up now.
Big scam, never use this company again.

I purchased something cost about $150 and when they received package and they told me it cost about $400 to ship it to USA,i really love it and pay for the shipping fee,couple days later and they told me i have to pay about $40 more for shipping because its oversize.the could have just told me at first place.its totally scam.i just give it up don't wanna let them keep steal my money.don`t trust this company.

千万不要在86买东西，一家骗子公司。

They said that it will be free delivery as your first order in 24hours. But it's not the truth. The truth is they just return some of those fee to your 86daigou account which you can't get them back to your bank account. That means you have to use them again in 86daigou. And after paying the delivery fee, so far they haven't sent my package to Post office. I guess I will get my package after HALF YEAR or maybe I will never get my package!!!

First seduce to buy products, then you have to pay very high shipping fee and commission. Finally product arrived, but just part products you bought.
Smart business?

if the they have option of zero star, we would have it give it a zero star. totally worst online shopping expensive I have. I order to item online when there is promotion saying that it free internation shipping. I ordered items from many seller and pay for domestic shipping. However, after the company receives all my item they don't even sent me a confirmation letter. And they want to charge my five time the shipping fee of my original purchase items. it unbelievable. Since it like impossible to reture the items I purchased. I basically waste my forty dollars. Customer service is unacceptable as well. So don't even try to purchase from there, if you do you basically wasting all your money.
