I placed an order for two suits from Aachho 60 days ago, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
There has been zero communication from their end—no updates, no emails, no calls. Every time I try to follow up via their chat, I get the same copy-paste response: “We have flagged this with the senior support team as urgent, you’ll get an answer and a concrete plan by tomorrow.”
Well, it’s been weeks of “tomorrows,” and not a single actual response.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any brand. Keeping customers in the dark after taking their money reflects very poorly on their service and reliability.
At this point, I’m left wondering if I’ll even receive my order or a proper response. I would strongly caution others before ordering from here.

Aachho you don't even deserve one star, A team of scammers, Beware guys don't place order with them. The delivery never comes and they have a very standard reply stating the its getting maufacture. The instagram account state they have 1m subscriber, but that fake

Worst shopping experience.....they just manipulate nothing else ready to ship things are also not delivered on time very poor and disappointing

I ordered 3 dress from them 1 came with stains and other 2 did not arrived i paid 8000 for those dresses . they are scammer not even refunding or taking any action .I just got scammed.

It has now been over 50 days since I placed and paid for my order, and I have yet to receive it.

Customer service is effectively non-existent. Every response is an identical automated reply from “Tara,” with no real effort to resolve the issue.

There has been no proper update, no delivery, and no accountability. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

Based on this, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you want your hard earned money to be saved…Awful experience.. ordered two dresses.. got only one with poor quality… keep on asking for second one or refund since two months. These scammers are not responding to any of their emails or cx care support and if you comment on their social media - they remove comments and fooling other people still.. curse you AACHHO!…

Complete scam. They run fake promotions to lure you into placing orders, but they never deliver. My order #793090 is nowhere to be found.
Customer service is a joke; you are permanently stuck with a useless chatbot, and there is no way to reach a real person. They take your money and vanish. Extremely unethical business—save your money and shop elsewhere!

Worst brand ever, scam, misleading, don’t fall for their Instagram and celebrity looks, they all are fake.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a product a month ago and still haven’t received it. The support team has been completely unhelpful, no responses, no updates, and no resolution so far. Really disappointed with the service.

Absolutely horrible experience. The so-called “buy one, get one free” offer was a complete scam. The free item was never delivered, and I ended up paying ₹7k for a single piece that’s not even worth it.

After chasing them for a month with tickets and emails, all I got was a useless gift card that expired within hours. What a joke.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my order, which was placed on 13th March and has still not been delivered. And there i sone more order k placed on 27th march 2026, that is still in pending status.

Despite reaching out through your support chat multiple times, I have not received any helpful response or a clear update on the status of my order. This delay is highly disappointing and inconvenient.

I kindly request you to arrange for the immediate delivery of my order at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter and file a complaint with the consumer court.

Worst Worst Worst... be alert ⚠️ b aware please.... they don't have any Customer Care number no other option to file your complaint.. I have ordered 2suits one is have received which very cheap quality n one is sill in processing since February. You can do nothing after completing your order never go for prepaid. I toh suggest orders karo ar cancel krte rho tb in logo ko akkal aayegi.

Would never recommend anyone to buy from this store. They are total fraud and very arrogant. I bought four items in their b1g1 offer in which in one order I want to replace the suit of higher amount and they are saying their is no policy of return in offers and if they will replace then they will only give half amount of payment and in the another order I received one product and the second one is still missing and the order was of January. They will make the customers at loss at any cost. Beware of purchasing from them especially products in offer.

I placed an order with Aachho based on their assurance that it would be delivered by 2nd April. However, the order has still not been delivered even as of 6th April.

When I raised this issue and requested a refund due to the delay, Aachho refused to process it . They are also not acknowledging their mistake of providing an incorrect delivery timeline at the time of order placement.

Despite sending multiple emails and messages, I have not received any proper response from their team. This lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.

It is evident that customer concerns are not being taken seriously, and no genuine effort is being made to resolve the issue. This has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience for me. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as once an order is placed, it becomes very difficult to get proper support or resolution from Aachho.

Don't Order from Aachho

Don't buy there product either in India or in UK, worst customer service take ages to arrive and dont take returns .
You will only get automates emails saying it will resolve in 48 hrs.
There are plenty good fashion brand but Aachho is worst.

Hi, I’m still waiting for my shipment for this product which I ordered in February and have still not received.

I’ve messaged multiple times and keep being told that someone will get back to me, but nobody ever does. I’ve also tried calling and there is never an answer.

To make things worse, my messages on Instagram appear to be getting deleted rather than addressed. This has been extremely frustrating.

Please be aware before ordering. I just want either my product or a proper response.
