At first, they delivered a very poor-quality lehenga. When I requested a return, they refused, and for an exchange, they asked me to pay an additional ₹300. After a lot of escalation, they finally agreed to the exchange. However, it has now been 9 days, and there has been no update. I have made numerous calls, but received no response, and I have also sent emails without any reply. Even after making the payment, they have still not delivered the lehenga.

Beware of Aachho – Horrible Customer Service!
I placed an order #794282 on Feb 25 (Buy 1 Get 1 Free promo) and received only one suit. The other item has still not arrived.
I’ve reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, but all responses are automated. No real human support exists.

No item. No refund. No help.

Extremely disappointed.

Think twice before ordering – their customer service is nonexisten.

Its been 90 days and they have not delivered not they have called or answered calls in resolving the issue. The customer support is pathetic, they still have no answers and it's a prepaid order. And been waiting for my order since 90 days. It's feels like a scama and sooo disappointed this happening form such big brands.

Please check my order issue. I have emailed multiple times without response. I am leaving India soon and urgently need assistance.

I never wanted to give 1star too there customer support sucks .
After paying prepaid they look four months to deliver my order. With multiple request to delivery they don’t bother or care about customers. Quality of the dress was average

Basically no reason to consider this site. No wonder people order from Myntra. These kind of online stores are nothing less than a scam.

I had a very disappointing experience with Accho. I placed an order for a suit, but even after waiting for 2 months, the product was never delivered. What’s worse is the complete lack of responsiveness from their customer support—I had to repeatedly follow up with no proper resolution.
When I finally requested an exchange or a gift voucher since the item was no longer relevant to me, they only issued a voucher for half the amount I paid. This is completely unfair, especially when the delay and non-delivery were entirely on their end.
I expected much better service and accountability from a brand like this. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend ordering from them unless they significantly improve their customer service and delivery reliability.

Aaccho is fraud and should be banned in India.797196 and 797195 are two same orders placed within 2mins due to credit card errors on March 3rd. I have been texting, emailing repeatedly and raised multiple tickets to cancel the duplicate order but ofcourse no help or assurance. I am an International customer with my parents in Mumbai. My mom tried calling too at the help desk but ofcourse no action taken. This is a perfect example of harassment and fraud. Now atleast fulfill one complete order and give me a refund or a gift card of the 2nd complete order ( not partial) . I will also arrange for the duplicate parcels to be sent back. But atleast give some assurance instead of dead silence and harassment

I ordered a product from here in January and now it is the end of March and it never arrived. In February when I contacted them about a refund since it was taking so long, I could never get through to anybody and was stuck trying to get support from all ways I could. Products you ordered can just not be delivered and the customer support is very bad since you can never get a reply.

Pathetic customer service, I only got one suit out of 2, it has already been a month. I am done having same auto generated messages, they have no real person to address your problems. Never going to order from them again and will make sure they have lots of bad reviews everywhere. Order id- 795183

I NEED YOU TO REFUND MY EXCHANGE AMOUNT MONEY AND THE SUIT PRICE OR THE MATERIAL WHICH ON YOU HAVE CHEATED. THIS SEEMS TO BE YOUR PATTERN FIRST PROVIDE WRONG SIZE THEN ASK FOR RETURN ORDER MONEY. ONCE MONEY IS PAID YOU ARRANGE PICKUP WITHIN 24 HOURS. WHEN SUIT GET DELIVERED AT YOUR END. YOU BLOCK THE CUSTOMER FROM EVERY WHERE SO THAT THEY CAN'T REACH OUT TO YOU AND WITH THAT SAME SUIT YOU CAN CHEAT OTHER CUSTOMERS.

I didnt even want to give this one star. I placed my order from their new stalk on 8 Feb 2026. Till today's zero assistance has come from them .....upon calling and following up myself they agreed to cancel my orderafter waiting for 40 days. Then when I spoke on their helpline as to when do I expect my refund he denied it all saying its AI generated assistance so they say anything to us and website gives incorrect delivery timings and I should have checked that they do not do refunds ...worst worst experience

Hi aachho team , my friend ordered 3 suits from aachho and just received one of them. Now she is still waiting for remaining two suits and when she is seeing status of order no updates. I am complaining on behalf of her as she is totally frustrated and no clue about what to do.And again same problem nobody from customer care is helping her.

Don’t be misled by their 24-hour dispatch promise. I placed my order on 1st March. To date, I have received only one suit, and the second one is still under process. I am now being told it will take another 10–12 days just to dispatch.I purchased these suits for an important occasion, and because of this delay, I will not receive them in time. Even the suit that was delivered arrived only after repeated follow-ups.Claiming 24-hour dispatch is completely misleading. Based on my experience, neither do they dispatch within 24 hours, nor can you expect timely delivery.Extremely disappointed with the false promises and poor service.

Worst experience i order 25 November and today is date 17 march 2026 still I not get my order

"I’ve never experienced such an irresponsible delivery service. My order has been delayed with zero communication from the Aacho team. They are completely unreachable and seem to have no accountability for customer orders once the payment is made. Save your money and your sanity—shop elsewhere.
