It is a terrible experience with one order I have placed with Aacho.
Multiple attempts have been made to contact them but no response.
Horrible experience.

Worst site to order ... I have ordered in December till now I have not received my order even there is no response from their ends I don't know what to do now ...

Very disappointing experience with Aachho.

I placed multiple orders (#778093 on 26th and paid order #780363 on 30th) for a yellow outfit required for my fiancé’s Haldi on 4th. Despite ordering well in advance, there has been no dispatch update, and the paid order still shows partial fulfillment.

I raised a support ticket and sent emails, but received no response. When I tried commenting on their Instagram posts for help, my comments were repeatedly deleted instead of being addressed, which is extremely unprofessional.

This was a time-sensitive wedding order, and the lack of communication caused unnecessary stress. I trusted the brand, but the customer support and accountability are very poor.

Would not recommend ordering from Aachho if you have an urgent requirement.

Extremely disappointing experience with Aachho. My order was delivered after nearly 3 months, and during this entire time the customer support was useless. Calls were not answered, complaints were ignored, and I was repeatedly told to “wait for 14 days” with no real action.

There was no accountability, no proper communication, and no concern for the customer. Once they take your money, nobody seems to care.

Would not recommend Aachho at all. Please think twice before ordering.

Despite paying in full and follow-up calls to aacho and there logistics partner, DTDC, I have yet to receive my two suit sets. logistics partner DTDC is not helping, and aacho support team has failed to resolve my tickets.even after 100+ calls and multiple tickets, I have no parcel. I think this is a fraud company.. please don't buy

I’m sharing my experience to warn other consumers and to seek guidance.

I placed an online order with Aachho, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The product was was incorrect size I paid for exchange but anfter picked up my order no product delivered in return till now and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no proper response or resolution.

There was no clear refund or replacement process, and follow-ups were either ignored or met with generic replies. As a consumer, this feels misleading and unfair.

I am now planning to escalate this issue to the Indian Consumer Court / Consumer Helpline, as online shoppers deserve transparency, timely delivery, and accountability.

If anyone has faced a similar issue with Aachho or has successfully resolved it through the consumer court, please share your experience or advice.

Order 752991 placed on 04th Dec , only 1 of the 2 items delivered, the other shows no signs of being dispatched even after 2 months. The item delivered is of pathetic quality , no lining, cheap material, loose threads and not at all like suit that was advertised . Customer service is useless and not ready to do anything about the low quality product or dispatch the non delivered item.

The worst customer service ever, they don’t reply to your emails, and kept on asking to raise a ticket which useless, there is buy one get offer going on at the moment please don’t buy it’s their trick.

I have ordered two products and got both on time. However one product size is too tight although I have ordered same size for both so I request exchange for one product. For which I paid 300 rs extra. They picked up the product but it’s been more than 15 days I still have not received exchanged size product yet. And their customer service number is not working no one is answering my email. They are fraud

Inspite of trying to connect with customer care, no reponse is ther. The ivr calls are also not getting answered. Very bad experience. Never recommend

I had placed an order on 20th oct 2025, for which I paid as well, there is no response, nothing since then, very bad customer service, Don't buy from this brand

I had ordered a dress from Aachho which got delivered 2months later and it is not same as mentioned on website.
Customer support will never respond over case raised.

Isne mere paise le liye aur mujhe dress deliver nahi ki.

Complaint karne par meri shikayat delete kar di gayi.
Customer service bilkul bhi nahi hai, koi reply nahi milta.

Is page se door rahein.
Kuch bhi kharidne ki galti na karein.

The customer support is poor. I haven't recieved my order and even after raising tickets , sending mails to both support and grievance officers there is no reply.

If there was an option for negative Rating I would give that. That summaries my horrible experience with Aachho. I ordered two lehenga sets on buy one get one offer. I received only one lehenga yet. The stitching and quality is very poor and it's not worth the money. The second lehenga set is not even shipped yet. It's been more than a month. Their customer support never supports their customers. No replies for the emails. I raised a ticket on the app but no response to that too.

I ordered buy 1 get 1 free dress on dec 31st , the free product they directly delivered me on jan 6th the main dress they didn’t deliver . It’s been 9 days the delivery person is not calling me only but in the status they are mentioning I’m not available. I have raised a ticket but no response , I escalated on mails but no reply and also I contacted customer care they won’t even speak English nd they didn’t give proper solution. This website is scam please don’t buy any products from this , they do scam they won’t deliver the clothes , I’m gonna post this on Instagram so it will be helpful for others

They are a scam. It has been a month and I am still waiting to get my order dispatched. Their customer support is horrible and when you ask for money they say that they do not have a refund policy and they only offer gift cards. Why the hell will anyone ever want to order something from them after this experience.

I placed an order for 2 suits from this brand well in advance, considering their mentioned delivery timeline of maximum 21 days. I ordered more than a month before my wedding functions to avoid any last-minute issues.

However, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

• One suit arrived after 1.5 months, after my wedding functions were already over, and it had size issues.
• Despite multiple messages and follow-ups on social media, there was no response for a long time. Only after constant chasing was an exchange initiated.
• The second suit arrived after more than 2 months of placing the order.
• It has now been over 3 months since I placed the order, and the exchanged suit has still not been delivered.

As of today:
❌ I do not have the product
❌ My money is still stuck
❌ I couldn’t wear the outfits for the occasions they were purchased for

For a brand that sells high-priced products, this level of customer service and delivery management is unacceptable. Delays, lack of communication, and no timely responses make the entire experience frustrating.

At this point, the dress is of no use to me anymore.
I am requesting a full refund immediately.

This has been, by far, the worst delivery and customer service experience I’ve had with an ethnic wear brand.

This brand is disappointed me for the second time and I am not gonna buy anything from them. Their products quality is becoming cheaper day by day.
I recently ordered two suits and both are disaster. Stitching is poor and fabric is worst. Totally not worth to the money.
Please don’t be fooled by their followers on Instagram or their fake reviews on their website.
They are not good at all.
