I wish there was option of minus…

I wish there was option of minus reviews. I have ordered the dress on August 16th. Pre-paid. Since then, only one confirmation email and message from the company have been received. I have tried calling, contacting to the customer support through different platforms. The customer care call line has picked up my call only once till date after lot of hardships and after that no one is answering the calls or no response form anywhere. I asked for refund if they are not able to deliverer but no positive response on the same. Now, I either want my money or the product as requested. It's almost been 2 months. It's so pathetic, why to take on order if you can't fulfill them. Also, they have restricted comments on their insta page.

Do not fall for the scam

These people are running a total scam. They will take prepaid orders and then two months later you are still waiting for a delivery. They won’t refund your money. It’s not their policy. The policy is to make customer wait for the product forever hoping the customer will forget the fact that they placed an order in the first place. I am angry but this review is not an exaggeration. There are Reddit threads on this ACCHOO FRAUD.

Pathetic Customer support and product

Ordered two suit sets from Acho and honestly, it was a waste of money. The kurtas were passable, but both pants were absurdly tight—clearly not stitched to fit. When I asked for an exchange, they had the audacity to demand extra charges.
They claim every piece is freshly stitched. If that’s true, why not ask for actual measurements instead of blindly sending generic sizes? Either they’re lying, or they’re just plain lazy.
Their site says refunds are possible if reported within 48 hours. I did exactly that—still no resolution, no accountability. If you’re going to run a business like this, just call it a donation platform. I’d rather give money away than be fooled by fake “custom tailoring” promises.
Acho is all talk, zero service. Don’t fall for the marketing fluff. Shop somewhere that actually delivers what they claim.

Horrible experience

Useless to place any order on this brand. Absolutely no care for the customer!!
This is my first time, I ordered on 13th July with advance payment. Even after 3 months, not received my refund or ordered dress.

No one is responding at all or giving the false information!! Helpline number is not at all supportive & gets cut after sometime without connecting to any executive.

CEO is young & well qualified & thought he will respond immediately & will be worried for this brand immage & will share right information or his team will respond with clear information, but in vain.

Waiting for some more time & then will go for legal action definitely.

Ordered 5 different products from Acchoo, and every single one turned out to be completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality is extremely poor and nothing like what was advertised. Very misleading product images and descriptions. Waste of money — would not recommend buying from here ever!

Very poor response …ordered suit on 30 th August for my birthday was near to the delivery date they assured me…but no response still …once they picked my call n said sorry for delay its usually 15 to 20 days to delivery ..today is 23 rd ..no response ..calling them continuously ..but no response …they respond in chat ..that they will call back …but no response …deliver the product or cancel n refund please …if ur production process is slow ..why do u take orders so many then …do only that u can ful filll ..don’t fool customers …

Worst Experience Ever with Aachho

This company is becoming more pathetic day by day. I’ve ordered multiple times from them, and the story is always the same – they don’t deliver unless you chase them. Earlier at least they used to answer calls, now they’ve completely stopped lifting calls. They don’t even have a proper customer support email anymore. Instead, they just raise tickets, so there’s no direct way to contact them.

I ordered a kurta on 1st August. Because of their wrong size chart, I ordered a smaller size. I placed an exchange request, and the product was picked up on 20th August. Today is 23rd September, and still no update. I raised concerns on LinkedIn – all I get is vague replies like it will take some time. When I ask exactly how many days, they don’t bother to answer.

And it’s not just me. I checked other reviews people are facing the same issues. While customers are struggling for updates, these people keep posting ads on Instagram and Facebook, cashing in on the festive season. If only they put the same energy into customer service.

This company feels like a fraud, scammy and irresponsible brand. Their lack of updates, zero accountability, and fake promises make them one of the worst shopping platforms I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t even know where the CEO/founder got their degree, but clearly running a customer-first company wasn’t taught there

👉 Aachho – either fix your customer service and deliver on time or stop fooling people. If I don’t get my product soon, I’ll make sure to share this experience everywhere possible.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with Aacho. I ordered a blouse on 9th August and even after 1.5 months there is no delivery. They don’t respond to emails, no updates, no communication at all. Extremely unprofessional service. If you value your money and time, think twice

I feel compelled to share this worst experience.

I placed an order with Aachho on 10th August 2025, and to date, I have not received the delivery, nor have I received any update on the status of my order.
What's more disappointing is the lack of response on your customer care number and no alternative support provided. It’s frustrating when a brand promotes itself as premium but fails to provide the basic courtesy of communication or timely service.
If you are not equipped to fulfill orders on time, it’s unfair to accept them—worse still to leave customers hanging with no resolution.
Extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

Worst brand 🚨Horrible customer experience

Horrible customer experience. No reply to emails, IG messages. Their customer care number never works. I placed my order on 15th July. It's 17 Sep. No movement on the order yet. I think I have given up on it now. Repeated attempts to connect with them have been in vain. So much for delivery in 2-3 weeks time. Feels like a waste of money and time both. You want to order it for a special occasion, better plan it a year in advance. May be by then the order will come

An order of 5 items was split into 5 seperate shipments. Ludicrous customer service with unhelpful responses. Now they have a ticket system which gives standard generic text responses. I am absolutely certain I will not be able to refund when I request cancellation. As far as I am concerned I have lost my money.
