No response since September 22 – gift cards invalid after order cancellation

I placed a prepaid order with Aachho which they later canceled, and since then I’ve been struggling to get any support.

I started emailing their help team on September 22, and despite sending multiple follow-ups and creating two tickets (ACH96188 and ACH90266), I have not received any update or resolution.

Both of my gift cards (ending in 5549 and DD24) now show as invalid. I’ve tried calling the help centre several times, but my calls go unanswered.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected a refund, a valid credit note, or at least communication from the support team — but none of that has happened.

I request Aachho to please look into this immediately and refund the prepaid amount or reissue valid gift cards.

Please treat this as urgent and provide a clear resolution or update as soon as possible

⚠️ Extremely disappointed with Aachho! I placed an order for a lehenga on 28th September (Order ID: 706406) and to date, there’s been no delivery and no proper response from their team.
I’ve reached out via Instagram and their customer care helpline, but all I get are automated responses saying the order is in transit. Upon checking the tracking status, I found that DTDC shows repeated pickup attempts every single day, yet the package never seems to move. It’s just stuck in a loop.
The product is already paid for, and this whole experience is making it feel like a scam. While their products might look appealing online, what’s the point if they never get delivered?
I had a decent experience with them about a year ago, but sadly, I can no longer trust Aachho based on this. Truly disappointing! I’m writing this here because Aachho deletes comments and reviews on their own platform, clearly trying to hide negative feedback instead of resolving issues.

Edit- I finally received the product on 25th October after several follow-ups. The product matches the images perfectly!

Dishonest, Deceptive, and a Complete Failure of a Business

Here to say that my issue has not been resolved. While one pending item shipped after I wrote my original review, the team cancelled my second item "as per my request". Only, I never requested the item to be cancelled! I was given a store credit - surprise - there's no way to actually use this credit - I cannot log in with a non-India number, and there's no coupon code that I can use for the credit. I've sent several requests to the customer service team to either ship the item to me (preferred) or post a refund to my credit card, or at the very least explain how I can use the store credit. My pleas have gone unheard, with NO response from Aachhoo team. So - NO, the problems with my order have NOT been resolved - unlike the claim made by Aachhoo. Hopefully this public shaming will elicit a response and resolution from the team.

If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. My experience with Aachhoo has been nothing short of a disaster, and I urge any potential customer to run in the opposite direction.
I placed order #659498 on July 28th. It is now October 15th, 2025, and half of my order remains undelivered. While two items trickled in by mid-August, the other half has been in a state of perpetual delay. I've been fed a rotating menu of excuses, from "an overwhelming number of orders" to vague "logistical issues."

The company's promises are completely worthless. I was given a firm delivery date of August 22nd, which came and went with no products. Then, I was assured a shipping date of October 11th—another blatant falsehood. The most infuriating part? The very products they claim they can't ship after nearly three months are still actively being sold on their website to new, unsuspecting customers. This isn't poor logistics; it's a deceptive business practice.

To add insult to injury, Aachhoo charged my credit card for the entire order the moment I placed it, a practice most reputable businesses abandoned long ago in favor of charging upon shipment. Taking money for products you have no intention or capability of delivering is fundamentally dishonest.

Shame on you, Aachhoo. You are not transparent, you are not honest, and you clearly have no respect for your customers' time or money. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company to reclaim my funds. Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid this company at all costs.

Aachho is a total fraud..... they don't answer to ur calls, ur dms..... I even tried emailing them but no response from their side. Their customer support service is absolutely trash and all the numbers are invalid....... I have placed an order with aachho 10 days ago and still no updates on My order can't even track it now.... anyone thinking ordering from them plsss don't if u love ur money thud brand is absolutely useless

Scam, fraud and cheap

Dear Aachho Customer Support Team,

This is regarding my order #703865, placed on September 24th, consisting of two Anarkalis worth approximately ₹10,000. I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience and would like to formally request an immediate refund to my source account.

Here are the details of the issues faced:

1. Product Delivery: I received only one item in the last 21 days, while the second item has not even been processed till date.

2. Product Quality & Misrepresentation: The Anarkali I received is completely different from what was shown on your website and app. The displayed color was a pleasant light green, but the actual product is a dull and unpleasant shade with very poor-quality fabric. This is clearly misleading advertising and tge customer reviews dont match the product i received. Attaching images for your reference.

3.Customer Service: Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, there was no timely response. It took over 3 calls, 4 emails and days for someone to finally respond and agree to initiate a pickup for the return. This return process itself took 10 days. No complaint id or return id is given for the product i raised issues for.

4. Return & Refund Issue: I have been informed that only store credit will be issued. This is unacceptable, as the entire experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I have no confidence in purchasing again from your platform.

5. Order Status Misrepresentation: On your website/app, the order still incorrectly shows as “delivered” for one of the products, which is misleading and should be corrected immediately as the product was returned to you coupke of days back.

Given the above, I am demanding a full refund to my original payment source. I am attaching call logs, email screenshots, and photos of the received product as proof of my claim.

I expect confirmation of refund initiation within 3 working days, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities for misrepresentation and non-compliance with fair trade practices.

Kindly treat this as urgent and confirm the refund process immediately.

Unprofessional behaviour of the team

I’m extremely disappointed with Aachho. I placed my order on 7th September, hoping to receive it well before Diwali, but till now, there’s been no update or delivery. I kept waiting patiently, but the customer service team is unresponsive and careless. They don’t bother to give any proper information or timeline.

I ordered this outfit specially for Diwali, but now it feels like a total waste of money and trust. Highly unprofessional experience.

They are scammers!

They are scammers. After ordering no one picks call. You cannot track your order and worst is after following for 3months! They have given the dress with wrong colour and low quality and you cannot return and throw into their face.

Very poor quality

I ordered 2 suits from Aancho, but 2 of them came in very poor quality — the fabric and stitching were completely different from what was shown on the website. The material feels cheap and looks nothing like the photos.

Extremely disappointed with Aachho. I received a wrong and incomplete product (kurta + dupatta) and when I returned it, they kept both the product and my money. Their delivery, exchange, and refund process is pathetic, and customer support is completely unresponsive.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. The delivery dates are misleading and keep getting postponed without proper communication. The customer care service is unresponsive and unhelpful, making the whole process even more frustrating. As a customer, this has been highly inconvenient, time-consuming, and unreliable. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting professionalism and timely delivery.
