I have ordered two suits recently . Only one was delivered. There has been no update or communication regarding the other suit; Despite writing multiple emails to the support email provided. No response has been received so far. The contact number provided is not reachable always.
This was such a waste of time and money.

I’m surprised that people got their order delivered? This is a shocking scam company. Aachho is a scam. I have 2 orders, one hasn’t shipped in last 15 days, the other i cancelled within 6 hours of placing it and it has been 6 days and no response from any customer service.
I doubt if they have any customer service agent at all!
I will be reporting them to online scam portals so whenever people research or search for them, they will know this business is a scam.

Update- once month since first order- no updates!

I have returned the item for an exchange it’s been like so many weeks no response. I keep on calling to customer support team they are saying that the item had not received to warehouse. And they can’t do anything. Then to whom should we reach out

1. First of all, the item received was defective. When the ticket was raised for exchange, they closed the ticket on their own without doing anything.
2. They do not respond to e-mails and automated mail says please generate complaint ticket through website.
3. They never answer your calls.
4. They will deliver only one item and other items are told to be under manufacturing or in processing due to festive season. And there's no way to know when the next item will be delivered.
5. They delete bad reviews.
6. Items are overpriced and received items are defective or not upto the mark.
SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!
This all shows its a well managed ONLINE FRAUD.
I digged more reviews on internet and found that its their pattern and customers are not at all satisfied with their deliveries and services.

Posting this as a warning to others.

I placed a prepaid order with Aachho, and after the payment was done, everything went silent. No delivery, no clear updates, nothing.

I’ve followed up countless times via emails, calls, website chat, and social media. What do you get in return?

Only automated replies

No one picks up calls

No human response on emails

If you comment or post on their Instagram/Facebook page, it gets deleted instantly

Once they have your money, they simply stop responding. No product, no refund, no accountability. It honestly feels like a trap for prepaid customers.

This has been extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting. A brand deleting complaints instead of resolving them is a huge red flag.

My advice: never place a prepaid order with Aachho.
If you’re thinking of buying from them, please reconsider and save yourself the stress.

Horrible quality and inconsistency in size.

I ordered 5 dresses, only 2 are ok other 3 looks like one from roadside market. I ordered large size, in 2 of them tops are like large size and pants are like small size, where as 3rd one has top in tight fitting and the sarara waistband is too loose, the rubber fills like gone off.

And the customer service is not contactable. No one pick-up call and can't send message without otp, otp never comes on email or message.

I will try to contact tomorrow, if no one is replying I will go the consumer court.

Very bad behaviour with coustmer. After 3 months of order i am not getting my product

I literally regret that I have ordered my outfits from Aachho. I have ordered three outfits from Aachho. Out of them, I only got delivered two products. And it been more than 15 days that I ordered my products, i didn’t get my last outfit which I thought I would wear in my Brother’s Reception which is there after 4 days. Literally this is so frustrating that every day I am just waiting my outfit to get delivered. Seriously don’t buy from this page, they only say that your outfit will get delivered in 15 days but it’s not like that in real. So please don’t trust them.

As everyone i am also facing the same issue I have ordered 2 dresses and still waiting for my orders to be shipped, and there is no response since it was supposed to be delivered on 21st December 2025

I placed an order for two items, received one later than their estimated delivery date, awful quality. Threads hanging out and low quality fabric
The other is missing, 0 information or help from customer care, they had no definitive answer on shipping timeline of this item. Spoke to some Gaurav Gautam, he had no information on this either and kept speaking of policies and credit notes. Feels like a fraud company with no refund option or any other help! Beware and report this company

I placed an order in November and only received half of it. Despite raising tickets and repeatedly trying to contact customer support via phone, I’ve had no response. This level of service is unprofessional.

Very bad service people don't trust this site I have ordered a dress on 17th December 2025 still my order not delivered...it's 29th of December. Customer support team is very bad no one respond to your call or mail ...not a still action has been taken ...very bad experience not to buy from this aacho instagram or website. Please don't buy. Your money will be at risk. I still don't know where my order is. Pathetic vendors.

Let me begin with acknowledging that this is not my first time ordering. I have had good experiences with them past 2-3 times.
But this time, i ordered a suit on Nov 5, in hope it would reach me in a month, i am back to Australia now. The order is still in processing after 2 months.
The customer service is very poor. You keep awaiting replies.

This brand had an order from october 25 and has still not delivered even after multiple attempts of reaching out

Ticket gets created and closed without response on the issue and customer support answers saying its in progress and thats it.

They say its hand crafted and i dont know what level of customer experience is this which doesnt allow them to response woth ETA.

Whats the point of using celebrity to brand when you cant even deliver or respond to a customer.

I ordered a pink suit, photo included.

The quality and color is not appropriate, just dismal.

Moreover, they said they don't even have a return policy. They are were also not willing to exchange it for a different product.

I was offered a different size but with additional charge of Rs 300.
