A and B Crystal Collection was founded by brothers and childhood friends in 2014. When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Since those first days in 2014, we have grown our business, honed our craft, and fulfilled over 20,000 orders to individuals and businesses alike. We have had the blessing of playing a role in the countless celebrations, holidays, and cherished memories of our valued customers.

2D Crystal keychain
The company is very responsive to emails; ordering on the website was easy & shipping was very quick! The item received was exactly as described. Only reason for 4 stars was the crystal had a few little scratches on it which likely came from the key ring (which was not secured in the box).

Resposta da AB Crystal Collection
Thank you so much for your fantastic feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that your experience exceeded expectations, from the initial phone call to the quality of the final product. 😊
It’s always our goal to provide both exceptional service and beautiful keepsakes, and we’re so happy to know we delivered on both. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
Love the Concept
Unfortunately, I was hoping the final product detail would have have been better and some adjustments made accordingly to reduce the impact of cedar branches that were interfering a bit. Wondering if the leaves could have been included to retain the original background??
Update,
AB Crystal was great responding to my issues noted above and provided a replacement that included the detail I was looking forward! Long story short, the replacement is awesome!
