AC ADAPTORS R US LTD Avaliações

good comms mainly, happy with that.

Thank you so much for sending the ac adopter . I am very pleased and I rate you very highly for your delivery and attention to detail
Thank you once again from a very satisfied customer Kate

I both a adapter and you send it to a wrong adres.
When I ask to send it to the right adres you ask me to order it again. I don't think this is how you solve a problem. And I paid 22,31 euro and get 12,66 euro back. So I lost 9,65 euro.

Just what i wanted. Came quick. Thank you.

A power adapter for a scanner.
Took a little longer than anticipated to get here, can't find anything else to critisise this company.
Without doubt I'd visit them first if I needed anything they provide.

Very helpful replied quickly to e mails when item didnt arrive on time

DJ Audits, the Boss of this untidy unit. He goes around other businesses, annoying and harassing people when he should be sorting his own crap out. I’ve managed to turn a fair amount of custom away from there luckily. Stay clear, do not give him business!
Businesses help other businesses!

Bought two adaptors for my Pure Radios. One fit perfectly but the other was quite loose and wouldn't stay in the radio. AC Adaptors dealt with my problem straightaway when I sent them a text message explaining what was wrong. Received an extension to my adaptor which solved the problem straightaway.

Very unprofessional company to deal with the owner wouldn't stop telling us what we needed turned out it was totally wrong but he wouldn't accept a return so stuck with it

Adapter doesn't fit appliance

Excellent service and response when I had a problem with the item.
A replacement was despatched immediately and worked perfectly.
Good communication and tracking throughout.
Thanks

Had great help and advice! Swift service too!

It works and I did not think I could get a replacement plug

Had the exact adaptor I needed and it was delivered really quickly.

Great service and prompt delivery. When I found the voltage I had given wasn't accurate - they promptly replace the adapter I needed !

C était le bon produit et il fonctionne très bien. Il aura fallu que je commande en dehors de la France pour trouver le bon article

Incorrect charger for my cordless vacuum sent in error but a correct replacement sent to me very promptly and without question. Great overall experience. Thank you
