Ace Optics Avaliações

Item was specially made by Ace for my type of telescope and is more versatile than the manufacturer's own alternative. Ordering online was easy and the delivery process was well communicated and offered a conveniently narrow delivery window that was adhered to. No negatives.
The scope case was easy to fit but a few extra mm at the objective cap would help.

Competitively priced products and customer service that goes above and beyond.

Impartial advice and great service. Hope to deal with Ace Optics again.

The new binoculars are brilliant for birdwatching

Excellent service, fast, efficient and very competitive pricing. I’ll look forward to securing my binoculars upgrade a little later this year.

They cancelled my order with no explanation and have not refunded my money a month after

Excellent service. Great quality second hand binoculars. Prompt response to my queries. Would highly recommend

Friendly and knowledgeable. Got the scope out to me in good time

Easy to order, great price.
The Ace scope case for a Kowa 99a has an excellent fit, is well made. Honestly, I don't know why you would spend nearly double on a neoprene version.

I am very pleased with the clarity of the image of this spotting scope. When I tried it for the first time I focused on a Great Egret at Sandbach Flashes about a week and a half ago. Not a bad bird as it was a lifer that day. I have just started birding again after many years abscence. My only gripe is my order was a day late other wise it would be 5 stars.

Easy purchase arrived in a quick time. Good quality product and I would use them again.

Ordered multiple items from ace now. Top price top service always comes next day - cannot recommend enough

Easy to purchase fast delivery good communication.. delivery went well

I ordered what I required and it arrived in the post the next day, you can't expect better than that!

Ordered my new telescope from Ace Optics and as a new customer would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my credit card at my end and when I emailed them to check they responded straight away and I could then complete my order.

Delivery was fast and efficient.

I would definitely use them again.
