Rural Fibre Install
Seamless and well informed process from booking to installation and after care. Engineer took time to carefully route overhead cable from distant roadside pole to the property and did a very neat job both inside and out vacuuming up afterwards too. Connection is fast and stable replacing a slow copper connection.

Great overall experience
Great experience from ordering to installation. Would definitely recommend! Signal around the house is much better than previously.

Excellent service
I've been very impressed with Alncom. The service is as advertised in terms of internet speeds. More importantly, if there's a problem, they respond to a support ticket within a few hours & you get a response from a real human who knows what they're talking about. My recent experience is that my issue was sorted promptly & efficiently & Alncom followed up to check that things had indeed been resolved, & I was updated regularly - this is so refreshing in an era of automated impersonal chatbots!
I'd definitely recommend them.

The whole process from initial enquiry…
The whole process from initial enquiry to being online was so quick and professional. The installer on the day was very good and answered all my questions with ease. The service so far has well exceeded my expectations and we couldn't be happier. £25 a month for full fibre and we were paying sky £42 for normal broadband... its a no trainer!

Absolutely Brilliant company
Absolutely Brilliant company. We were approached by Colin when they were bringing this service into the Village, he was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. All questions were answered clearly and we signed up there and then. On the next working day we were called by the office to arrange an installation appointment for three days later. The installation team comprising of three engineers turned up promptly, discussed locations etc with us, completed the installation and then offered to help us set up our WiFi connected devices. The best bit is the increased speed! We were vey much at ease throughout the whole process and highly recommend this company.

Alncom Installation - Quick and easy
The engineer arrived on time and went straight into work mode. He gave me advice on how to connect everything and the installation was done under 2 hours which is fantastic. Up and running straight away.
The Customer Service was excellent from start to finish. Her assistance was vital as my previous provider was not making it easy to cancel.
Thank you so much Alncom for an effortless transition and I definitely recommend others to change their BB provider to them.

Can’t fault alncom at all
Can’t fault alncom at all! I filled out the enquiry form, and shortly had a call from Jess who sorted everything out for me, explained everything really well and booked in my installation. The engineers were great - made sure that the boxes were situated in a good place and set everything up for me. They were really helpful and I am really pleased to have my internet all set up in my new home by a local company, for a reasonable price.

First Class Service …
From the first contact to switch to the installation the company kept me well informed as to how and when the installation would be completed.
On the day , the engineer,Oscar, was very professional and completed the job swiftly, checking that all out. Gadgets were fully working and the signal was strong in every room. A recent follow up call from the office to check we were happy with the new connection was also appreciated.
