Acer Laptops 

Read the reviews before buying Acer, absolutely useless,slower than a snail slow to load to the internet,couldn't download the software for my new printer.Buyer beware,I see a couple of 5 star reviews,they must be Acer employees because most are 1 star.

Un Laptop che sa valorizzare il prezzo: dalla batteria di 11 ore in standby e 6-7 in continuo lavoro, alla scheda video che nonostante sia spesso sottovalutata, ma fa parecchio. Dalla scheda audio, che associata con le mie cuffie Bose Bluetooth è ottima, all'hard disk solid (ssd), che avvia il pc in massimo 19-20 secondi.
Ho provato Mac ma non mi ci son trovato.
Consiglio Acer Laptop per il guadagno su ogni operazione.
L'unica pecca, almeno del mio pc, è che su youtube il 4k lagga, ma ho visto che è un problema di quasi tutti (anche i pc da gaming).

I buy Acer Swift and it so good. I like it.

I have had many laptops in the past from deferent manufacturers. Some worked for quite awhile but this is the 8yrs since I bought my Acer emachine and it still works perfectly on. I love Acer

I have had my Acer laptop for ...for...for I don't know HOW many years and it is still going strong. I did have to get a new motherboard at one point, but the computer shop person told me it was a great computer and highly recommended paying to have it put it. That was probably 4-5 years ago. Love it!

I bought this for my high school laptop. The battery life is okay and so is the build quality. I am not satisfied with the fan noise however. When the GPU is being used the fan gets very loud. The computer overheats which makes it impossible to use. The finger print scanner is useless as it works 10% of the time. Avoid this laptop and go with something else.

I would suggest that you don’t buy from Acer, based on customer service or lack of. I bought an Acer Swift for a gift at Christmas, couldn’t see return policy online but assumed it was reasonable. It isn’t. Despite it being Christmas they operate a 14 day return policy (virtually impossible to find online), with no flexibility. So if you buy it other than at the last minute, you’re stuck with it.

What a load of rubbish acer is.their support center is impossible to navigate they asked me for model number. Gave the number right off the pc . They told me it does not exist. Where do they get their agents from?Moron town. Stay away from acer. Should come with a health warning. Tossers

Пользуюсь ноутбуком уже больше двух лет, и могу смело заявить, что для своего ценового сегмента я получил довольно неплохой аппарат. Есть небольшие претензии к качеству материалов, например к пластику клавиатуры, но всё это мелочи. В целом доволен

Rubbish, spectacularly slow, slower than continental drift, from new it's constantly updating which can take hours, often freezes and pages can take minutes to load.
I shall be dumping this thing and when I replace it I will check the reviews.

My school gives out acer laptops to students, and they do NOT work well. I do not recommend getting an acer. The quality is low, and it does not function well. Although acer is cheaper than other brands, it does not work as well as other computer brands.

I bough an ACER Swift 3 almost a year ago. I must admit that up until now the laptop was truly excellent. However, a couple of days ago it began to exhibit problems such as being slow to start up, or blacking out. Finally, it died today. I bought it less than a year ago and the damn thing died.
I always made sure to keep it clean, and with some good anti-virus software. Still, the damn thing died. I am very disappointed but at least I paid for a 3 year warranty plan. I hope that the customer services are better then their products. I still await for a response.

Bought myself a new acer laptop which is meant to come with headphones which I thought was a great deal. Turns out because I haven’t CUT out the code from the box it is invalid. I have provided my receipt and code and it’s still not enough. Don’t advertise deals if you don’t wish to honour it. Won’t be considering your brand again.

Because of free market, this brand remains on the market. It is a total con - one of the worst brands on the globe. I think they only sell to new customers who have never used their products before. I dumped in the bin a laptop a bought for over £300. It doesn't do what it is supposed to do. I consulted peers who have used Acer Laptops before and all said I should have talked to them before buying unless I was prepared to throw my money down the drain

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bought a laptop 6 weeks ago and went away for a month. Used it once. Tried to use it for the second time. I have a black screen. After 90 min on the phone and speaking to 4 people, they determined there is a problem with the display. I have to send it for repair. I have never paid $350 for something, used it once, and could not return it when it did not work. Very frustrating. Also, shame on Walmart for selling this garbage. It is now two weeks after speaking to someone at Acer who told me that he had sent me a shipping label while we were talking. I still have NOT received the label.

Brought an acer aspire laptop for 259.00 last xmas in preperation for our daughter starting school.
It had slowness issues since purchase and freezing issues.
I took it back to Argos and got it replaced after 4 weeks.
New one was still very slow but worked.
Daughter barely used it until sept this year, 3-4 hours use tops, we turned it on and it didnt work. Hard drive broken.
Phoned acer they wouldnt help...they would at a cost of more than the laptop.
Barely used...might as well have thrown our money in the bin.
Never will we use acer again.

Under no cirumstances buy from this company. Scam merchats at best.
Bought a laptop which developed a screen fault, sent it back to be repaired. When it came back it had another screen fault which they refused to repair - they said it was my fault. So called Support completely unhelpful. Legal team very dismissive and displayed a could.t care attitude. Never going to touch this company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
