I personal have had a great experience with Acer Hardware. I previously bought the Acer Nitro 5 (2019) and have had it for the last 2 years. It has never let me down and still holds a decent battery charge still!

Acer aspire as been a pile of junk since the day I purchased it. Slow, freezes for no reason, restarts on its own for no reason, blue screen of death... The list of faults goes on. Won't ever go near Acer again!!

i bought this Acer aspire lap top which looks a neat easy to operated lap top.. it is driving me mad. the size of the prining on the page changes size every time i touch the keys. i have to change it back to normal size so many times. it is too sensitive i wish it would stay at the one size. it takes twice as long to do anything on this laptop. so very disapointing. im over 70 and had my last acer laptop for 8 years with no problem.

I bought this laptop as my PC packed up. Buying an Acer laptop was the worst decision ever, it's awful, it has a mind of its own, even if your hand is nowhere near the built in mouse, it still closes or opens programs causing immense frustration. It has no facility to identify whether it's set to capitals or lower case, so when you're trying to type in a password...... most insist on some upper case characters, you can waste time re-entering it, as you're clueless what it's set at. A complete waste of money, Avoid like the plague

I bought a top end Acer Nitro 5 gaming machine, although I only use it for word, excel, etc - quite light usage.
After less than 6 months the paint started to wear off several keys so that you could not read them. In February this year after a lot of arm twisting Acer repaired the machine and fitted a new keyboard.
Now the A has disappeared again and the S is starting to go.
Looking on the web others have had the same problem and you cannot get new key caps from Acer, so it is a major and expensive job to keep replacing the keyboard.
I have had many laptops used intensively when I ran my own business before I retired and never had this problem with machines often 8 years old.
Avoid any laptops with black keys and white lettering as Acer clearly have a major manufacturing problem, which they will not admit to their customers.
It is a pity as otherwise the laptop seems to work fine.

I order a laptop which never came!!!
It supposed to arrive in 3-4 working days, but after two weeks, I send email, noone answer. Then I called, and they told me I have to wait. But on a third wwek, I called again and they gave me so called "ticket", so I can contact them directly, which also never worked. After more then a MONTH, I lost my patience and had to ask more then once for refund, as this problem should be between acer and courier, not customer/me who paid everything correctly. After couple of messages they finally agreed. After everything, I wonted to leave complain, which I never did before for anyone. When I send complain, they read it, and immediately closed my "ticket", so that I can't reach them trough that again, without even sending sencirely apologise. Huge lack of professionalism, and silent message that me as a customer means nothing to them. Definitely the worst experience I ever had! Such
a waste of time. I'll never be acer customer as those people just don't care for their customers at all!

I bought acer chrome book sent in to ne fixed no email sayin it wasnt fixed to get back un fixed and then to call to be told it would cost more for the same product than I paid for the first time i really liked rhis product until now this is not worth it rather take business to a legitimate company with accuracy and integrity sorry i wasted my money and time for the hassles i went through with no good outcome was not worth it from now on sticking to company that bbb is approved

its not a laptop but damn put better speakers in the monitors , not ones meant for mice

I bought an Acer 3 laptop recently. It is a heap of junk, frustratingly and unbelievably slow and the cursor freezes regularly. Strongly advise anyone not to buy this. Dreadful!

7 jaar acer en 7 jaar ellende. Opstarten/ laden duurt een eeuwigheid. Functies werken slecht tot niet. Nooit meer een Acer

2 jaar geleden een acer craptop gekocht, ben niet tevreden, wat een waardeloos traag ding. Ventilator heeft het natuurlijk net buiten de garantie begeven, want het zal wel weer eens anders gaan. Deze craptop zou games makkelijk aan moeten kunnen. Nou mooi niet dus. Verder ook totaal ongeschikt voor alles wat een laptop van dit kaliber normaal makkelijk aan zou moeten kunnen. >:(

Loved acer, always had them. Latest one was a swift 3. Its failing after 2 years as the backlite on screen has failed. Took it to a repair place near me. Its been over 2 weeks now since they said they tried to contact acer about a new screen and they have not replied. The guy there said acer used to be the best a few years ago now the worst for customer service. Tried to contact them but they don't seem to care. Loved my laptop light and good battery but now won't buy another. Don't buy acer they don't care about you after they get your money. Now looking for another non acer laptop pity. Shame on you Acer. You have been warned!!!!

Ho acquistato a Febbraio 2022 un acer swift x con processore ryzen 7
Esperienza deludente: in pochi mesi è la seconda volta che mi viene cambiata la scheda di rete. E' evidente che il pc ha problemi di fabbricazione- non sarebbe stato più serio e corretto cambiare il pc?
Assistenza altrettanto deludente: tempi lunghi, poca disponibilità per non parlare di cosa viene considerato incluso nella garanzia o meno.
Ai problemi di hardware e di assistenza si affiancano quelli di software!

I bought an Acer laptop and within 2 months it had a virus. I contacted the company and was told if it had a virus it was unwarrantable. The company had installed the software so they should have been aware that the quality of the software was poor. The store won't give me a refund on the computer because they say that it is the software at to blame. Acer installed the software. This is the last Acer computer I will purchase.

Ich habe den Acer Spin 3 gekauft. Bereits nach zwei Tagen traten erste Mängel auf. Der Bildschirm wurde nach ca. zwei Stunden Betrieb am Stück plötzlich dunkel. Nach Neustart funktionierte der Bildschirm vorübergehend wieder, doch schon kurz darauf bildeten sich Striche auf dem Bildschirm und er begann zu flackern.
Offensichtlich schlechte Qualität, kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

I don't recommend Acer brand. I bought Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop for €1200 3 years ago. I use it very light for the first 2 year then little more for this year. Nothing heavy, no games. First issue was battery, second keyboard and now the motherboard is gone. What a joke brand... Never again

cannot get drivers for my Acer and impossible to get help via chat or email at Acer. I am NOT happy
