The AI report insights are incredible
I knew alot of what Jim talked about through personal growth. What blew my mind was the insights that came from answering the questions and realising what is holding me back, as well as how this is reflected in other areas of my life. What an incredible platform!
If you are on the fence - say yes!!
The ADHD Harmony Challenge is well worth your time. I am someone who has had a lifetime of searching for ADHD strategies to make my life line up with the NeuroTypical world. I have read books, attended classes and participated in 12 step groups. All of those things, while not bad, were focused on actions.
Day 1 Jim explains why many things we try don't work. It's because they start with actions instead of identity. Well that smacked me in the face and made so much sense.
We looked at the masks we have worn for years and our compensating behaviors. We uncovered the lies we have believed about ourself and our abilities. And we looked ahead to finding our WHY, our purpose.
5 days will not completely change your life but it can give you a whole new brain set. It's like zooming mindlessly down a highway and suddenly seeing an exit promising clarity, peace and harmony with yourself and others.
You take the exit and are immersed in a whole new way of thinking. After 5 days you get back on the highway but you are much more purposeful in your travel. No more mindless driving letting the traffic pull you along.
One amazing thing I have never heard of in any other class or program is the AI tool designed to help you process what you are learning. I honestly don't think a year of weekly counseling could have given me the indepth, clarifying summary of how I currently operate, what my strengths are and what my answers to 15 questions reveal about who I am. It is a powerful tool. Never did I think AI could synthesize my answers and give me such meaningful and helpful feedback. That alone is worth your time.
Jim has structured this challenge to fit the needs of ND folks. He uses time efficiently and structures the lessons to support his audience. He is a master of Q&A which often turns into mini coaching sessions.
There is also a community set up so participants can support each other. This has been one of the best online communities I have ever been a part of. People are willing to share their struggles as well as their wins.
If you are on the fence about investing the time, I will tell you it is well worth it for people on all ends of the knowledge spectrum. I am a 70 year old, diagnosed 35 years ago who has a bookshelf full of books on ADHD. No book could have given me what this 5 day challenge has. Hop off the fence and sign up.
I was looking for information to help with ADHD
I was looking for information to help me understand my ADHD diagnosis at 63 years old. This company goes so far above and beyond that. The 5 Day Challenge was incredibly informative and very well presented. It is done with such an obvious goal of serving the participants and seeing each person gain an understanding of themselves. There is no generic information or "one size fits all" in there. Beyond the training, the company offers extensive and extremely detailed AI prompts and AI engine trained in ADHD that simply blew me away. No amount of time with my ADHD therapist would have gotten to this level of detail. The prompts lead to a full summary that would probably represent years of therapy discussions, but this is so much more powerful because it is extremely personal, compassionate, and leads the way to a new understanding of yourself and next possible steps. I am so incredibly impressed and very grateful to have found ADHD Harmony.
The ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge
I've just completed the 5-Day Challenge with ADHD Harmony, and I can honestly say that it's been transformative. And it was completely free! Five days of live zoom calls from Jim with a wealth of information on each day, coupled with the incredible AI Assessments that are just mind-blowing in terms of the clarity and insight they offer. i'm hoping to do the 6-week course, but in the meantime, if you know or even just think you might have ADHD, do this challenge!
Never too late to learn
This is the best program I've ever experienced to help me understand what I've been hiding and struggling with for most of my 73 years. I finally feel free from the stories I have told myself, the pain I experienced, the beliefs I've held and the feelings and emotions that have kept me stuck in a pattern that felt like safety, but in reality was a cage. No matter what age you are, you owe it to yourself to check out the program and find out who you can still be!!!
Anyone contemplating ADHD Harmony......
I would advise anyone who is dealing with ADHD—or anyone who loves someone with ADHD—to sign up for this program. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-60s. One of the things I learned through this program is that I’ve probably had a mild form of ADHD since I was a kid; I just never knew it.
When a major illness hit me in December 2023, it exacerbated my ADHD from mild to full-blown. That illness also had a couple of similarities to ADHD symptoms, which made it hard to separate what was going on at first. It wasn’t until about six weeks ago, when I attended a seminar and listened to someone describe the challenges of living with ADHD, that I realized I had two overlapping conditions.
A great deal of thought and effort was put into ADHD Harmony. It isn’t so laden with technical terms that you can’t understand what’s being said. Not only is the information relevant, but what may be even more valuable is the ADHD Harmony community. It feels like a safe place where anyone can ask questions and receive helpful suggestions from people who have experienced the same thing—or something very similar.
One thing to note is that if you put some energy into ADHD Harmony, you will get tenfold back. The more you put in, the more you get back. Joining ADHD Harmony was one of the most difficult things I have done. I am not a trusting person by nature, but I also know that the person I was before December 2023 is not the same person I am now. I needed to do something for myself and I chose this. I would like to take this program again, because I still have many unanswered questions.
I was a little skeptical at first and…
I was a little skeptical and cynical at first. However, as each day progressed, built on the last, it helped me see things I didn't see. More importantly, I learned a lot about ADHD and that it is not just behavioral issues. It impacts all facets of life, some, if not most you never realized. The dots then connect and whatever skepticism or cynicism you had a first, disappears. If the 5-day Challenge is offered again, it is one I definitely feel many would benefit from, including doing it again myself. Something I definitely recommend to individuals, even if they do not have a diagnosis. It can help you see how some people are wired, and maybe even yourself. You may have been dealing with it and did not even realize all those times you did this or that (spoilers), it could be related to underlying undiagnosed ADHD
Jim is absolutely fantastic
Jim is absolutely fantastic. To offer these personal insights into ourselves for free is a gift beyond words.
The information I have found out about myself has been very insightful and emotional. Thank you so much ADHD Harmony. I 100% recommend anyone struggling with all the negative thoughts and emotions that go alongside ADHD to sign up for this.
Thank you Jim!
Thank you Jim!
This Challenge has been a game changer! I higly recommend this Challenge!
ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge - a fantastic experience
My biggest takeaway from the 5-day ADHD challenge was hope. For that I am eternally grateful. I came in thinking it wasn't for me, that I was an imposter and didn't deserve to be here. But I came away feeling I'd tapped into a community of people I can be myself with. I felt the comfort of finding similar threads of experience to my own. Day three hit hard, but that's because it was hitting the parts of me that needed changing the most. If a friend asked me about it, I'd just say: do it.
5 DAY CHALLENGE: DONE! ✅
I am so freaking proud of myself for finishing the podcast/classroom videos for the 5 Day ADHD Challenge! There was so much information provided. And it was done in such a way that I could follow it without getting bored or drifting off in my mind into a daydream. It was engaging, and interesting, informative, and helpful.
And my AI Report? Groundbreaking! It showed me a previously completely unthought of perspective. It's given me a bird's-eye view of my inner landscape and how it's evolved and been modified over time. For better or worse, by desire or by desperation, my interior was built to protect me. But I started so young and not knowing any better, I built new mechanisms on top of old ones, again and again. Until my truly authentic self was not just unrecognized, but unknown to me. I'm still inside though. I think of archeologists digging 2 or three meters under the surface of the earth and coming upon a lost civilization and discovering all of their artifacts and cultural influences and then finding the proverbial Rosetta Stone and bringing this ancestral identity into our present timeline. Of course, my inner excavation will be less dramatic from anyone else's point of view. But it is going to be life altering from mine. I'm going to understand me, finally, and I'm really ready.
I'm really impressed with the AI aspect of this program. It was obviously written very, very well. The insights that I got through the AI tool were, bar none, the most personalized, pinpointed and accurate insights I've ever gotten from any program
I highly recommend this to anyone who's struggling or has a recent or late diagnosis.
SO Impressed
As of today, I can honestly say I have made more progress in this Program than I did in a year of EMDR. It was just at the end of that journey that I realized emotions were the point, not some great mental epiphany - so I had that step in the right direction. Enter SAGE. I'm in Week ONE of the six-week program. Between the Free Challenge and this ONE week in the Program I have shed more tears AND come to understand more patterns, themes and even strengths, than I did in that year or EMDR. The more I experience this Program, the more impressed I am.
Finally feel seen and understood
Before this challenge, I felt like my ADHD, my trauma, and my identity were scattered pieces I was supposed to figure out alone. It was overwhelming — like trying to solve a puzzle without the picture on the box. I was skeptical, too. I honestly didn’t expect this level of depth or understanding, especially not from an AI tool.
But the questions opened doors I didn’t even realize were closed. They made me look back at my childhood, my patterns, the roles I took on, and ask myself: What parts of me did I lose? When did I start shrinking to fit into boxes that were never meant for me?
The moment everything shifted was reading my AI report. It didn’t feel clinical — it felt human. Compassionate. Accurate. It showed me that all these ‘separate parts’ of me actually belong to one story. For the first time, I could see the whole picture, and I finally recognized myself in it.
Now I feel clearer, grounded, and more connected to who I truly am. I’m not lost — I’m between stories, and the new one finally feels like it fits.
I’m recommending this to my adult children who have ADHD and AuHD because I want them to feel this same clarity and self‑understanding.
Thank you, Jim, for creating ADHD Harmony - doing this challenge has made a real difference in my life.
My first thought
My first thought, upon finishing the Challenge at age 70, was that one CAN "teach old dogs new tricks" and that, by patiently and lovingly conversing with our "inner child", we can heal our "outer adult". I started with sheer curiosity and very little knowledge of ADHD, and certainly no suspicion that I might have it. Now I've been identifying many patterns clearly, and it's both a revelation and a relief! The unexpected insights revealed on the last day, in the final assessment, were breathtaking, almost overwhelming. I would recommend this to a friend even if they didn't ask me about it!
This challenge was mind blowing
This challenge was mind blowing! I have been wearing so many masks to fit in and push through and it still didn't work. I only realized last year, at the age of 60, that I must have ADHD, and these days made me think about my childhood and why I have been struggling so much my whole life. On day 3 the information started to sink in, that I can actually do something about this. Not merely surviving. I finally found an acceptance, both inside myself and from relating to other people in the challenge, and I feel hopeful. I would definitely recommend this challenge because it will give you so much, both information and knowledge about yourself and what you can do to be honest about who you really are.
Maximize your potential with ADHD Harmony
My biggest takeaway is that we are not deficient or broken, we just need the right environment to thrive. Day 1 really got the ball rolling when I saw the image of the fish trying to climb the tree, and Jim's comment about imperfect action is better than perfect inaction! Now I have more of an "I can do this" attitude, rather than previously "why should I even start if I am going to fail or fall behind." I've already mentioned this to a couple people that I think would benefit. You don't have to have a diagnosis to know that you process life differently. Why not make the most of what you are made of and try the ADHD Harmony challenge?! The AI assisted evaluation of your life patterns really augments the knowledge that Jim has to share.
I Was Skeptical… But This FREE ADHD Challenge Blew Me Away
I'm a skeptic and wasn't sure when I clicked on an Instagram ad promising a FREE 5-day challenge, but boy am I glad I did. Yes — it was 100% free, and it was enlightening, engaging, informative, and genuinely helpful for people dealing with ADHD.
Jim spent hours with us during the challenge, and the amount of value he gave away for free was honestly incredible.
Each day included:
1. A live video session
2. A live Q&A session
3. Engagement in a safe, supportive community where you can connect with others with ADHD (on Skool)
4. A mini-task
5. Three reflection questions (15 total across the 5 days), which AI (Claude) gives feedback daily, and each day it builds on the day before, so at the end of the 5-day challenge, you have an individual report of you and your ADHD.
The amount of insight Jim shared during those five days was ADHD gold. Many people in the community said the challenge felt almost like therapy because of how seen, understood, and supported we felt.
I would absolutely recommend it to anyone with ADHD — or even someone who just suspects they might have it (like me).
Give it a try. You really have nothing to lose, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
It was Worth It
I did the free 5 day challenge and my biggest takeaway is that I was never a problem. While I personally knew that, going through this challenge reinforced that belief for me. I've searched my whole life for a safe space to exist as myself and I believe this is it right here. Day 4 had the biggest impact on me, it was about regulating your nervous system by making very simple changes to your routine, and my pain has become more manageable and I have more energy to get more work done. I do believe this program has helped me find a way to put the idea of "I'm not broken" into action for myself, and I think that's the most powerful thing. It's worth far more than what Jim is asking, which is just participation, and I would highly recommend giving it a shot.
Jim and ADHD Harmony have been…
Jim and ADHD Harmony have been fantastic! Clear, energising, and genuinely life‑changing. The support is practical, positive, and makes my label feel so much easier to manage. Highly Highly recommended
My life changed in such a simple and quick way
Despite the fact that I never even suspected that I could have ADHD, I found the advertisements of the Skool group and challenge very pertinent to my situation and I decided to join the group and the free challenge. The results I got, also with the help of the AI developed by Jim, were so astonishing that I also joined the paid program, which completely changed my life! When I started, I couldn't rest well, I didn't feel much energy during the day and I also felt scattered. The things I learned made me understand that I had to do some small changes in my daily habits, like the time to go to bed, the use of electronic devices in the evening and the daily physical activity (some cardio). No great energy medicine or healing technique could reach the results of correcting my behaviors that were damaging my health without me realizing it! The correct informations that I needed to hear and their application were that which made the difference. So, I can only recommend EVERYONE to join this group, the challenge and attend this transformational experience, not just people with ADHD. And the AI is simply amazing... All the questions and documents we can fill in give it informations on ourselves that allow it to give us such tailored informations. I can't describe how useful it was and is for me!
If you want to have a taste, just join the group and see with your own eyes and try it!
Thanks,
Dario
