This is a scam site. Do not be fooled by the £1 report fee, you’re signing up for a monthly £19.95 subscription. The £1 fee is actually an authorisation fee.

So dishonest and scammy. Everything says 100% free testing and then they make you pay at the end if you want your results. What a waste of time.

I paid £1 for a test result and was charged £20 each month , after getting in touch basically I was told read the small print.

Horrible company! Tried to pay a one dollar charge for an ADHD test for my daughter and ended up with an ongoing 19.95 subscription that was not indicated anywhere! Mark the charge as fraudulent and asked for a refund, which they disregard. Do not do business with this company. if I could give them zero stars I would!

This website is a scam, it signs people up to subscriptions under the disguise of selling ADHD screener results for £1. Users are actually signing up to £14.99 monthly being taken from their account. This is exploitative to individuals who may not notice the small print on the site. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I should have read the reviews first! This scam company just robbed €19.95 from my account without my authorisation. I have emailed them asking for a refund but will get in touch with my credit card company to make sure that they don’t have access again. How dare they! Complete scammers.AVOID.

As described in other reviews, a £1 fee turns into a monthly £14.99 subscription with no clear warning. However, I have now received a refund and really good comms.

My 16 year old son and I took the test and paid £1 each. Two days later, I could not believe they took £14.99 from us both. I feel sick to find out it's a rolling subscription. Have gone onto the website and submitted subscription cancellation forms. I think it would be too overwhelming to fight for a refund.

Scam. Did the test, then had to pay £1 to get the results and shortly after they took other payments from my bank. I got no emails from them, no subscription information etc.

BEWARE of this company. They lure you in under false pretences and do not make it clear the additional charge which is made after the supposed 48 hour 'trial' period. I contacted them and they were completely unsympathetic. Very disappointing behaviour. They should be ashamed of themselves preying on vulnerable people seeking help for potentially undiagnosed disabilities. I notice after the event, that they are registered in Estonia, presumably to avoid regulation by the Quality Care Commission. The whole thing stinks.

As others have said they kept the subscription quiet, absolute con. Scammers try to charge £14.99 . Avoid

I have drafted a refund demand request letter for anyone who want to take this to them. If i do not receive a response i will file a complaint with the government body.

Scam, $1 charge for 'results' then they sign you up for a $29.95 subscription with no way to cancel. Avoid!!

Thiefs! Tell you it’s £1 to get result and sign you up unknowingly to a £19.95 subscription 2 days later. Can’t get in touch now having to dispute with my bank. Which I probably won’t receive the funds back since I was stupid enough to put my bank details in their system in the first place. AVOID

Went through their "free" test, get to the end and they want £1. I wasn't willing to do this, as a £1 isn't free, and there's always some other scam.

Absolute scam. Found through Google to do an online ADHD test. Have to pay £1 to get results. I look at small print. Didn't really want to but thought I've spent a while answering questions so whatever. Get results. Incredibly vague and not useful. No information of what to do with results. The infographics are poor and some are not even labelled. I chalked it up to 'oh well I've wasted a pound'. Two days later nearly £20 comes out as part of a subscription. I never agreed to a subscription it is not made clear as I read stuff like this. Complained and wanted refund. Told the usual you agreed blah blah.

On further investigation I don't even know what the subscription is for, you don't log into the website, the only thing you can do is retake the test no other information or resources. The company is based in another country. No information regarding qualifications or research based evidence. What is the £20 for?! There is no service to subscribe to!

Upon even further investigation when you apply to cancel the subscription it says they can take 24 hours to reply as it's not easy, you have to send a message so if you left it one day you would be over the 48 hours that were not stated anywhere when paying for initial adhd test! If you arr subscribing for a service you should at least have a login and a service delivered! Absolute joke, do not pay the pound! Waste of time and money, do an actual free one instead! They also do not email a confirmation of a subscription to further hide the lies!

I never write reviews like this but avoid at all costs! I will be claiming through my bank for theft!!

Edit: I did receive a refund after complaining and saying I was going to write on here so persist people!
