SCAM!!
Same as everyone else, they tried to take £20 out of my account, after I had paid £1 for test results. Luckily, my bank blocked it and cancelled my card, which is a pain, because now I have to update all my payments. But I'm so glad they did that.
AVOID!!!

The same as everyone else paid £1 and they took £20 out of my bank. No mention of this at all when I paid for the results. I’m. It sure how they are continuing to get away with this

Awful, paid £1 for a test result and it signed me up to a £20 subscription which they won’t refund, so sly, I can’t stand companies that do sneaky things like this!

Subscription trap scam.

Scam! Paid £1 for an online test only for them to start taking money out of my account without permission. AVOID

Absolute scam!!
Got test for my daughter after paying £1.99.
Took test again and pressed the bottom answer on every question.
Came up with the exactly the same score as my daughters test!!
Now I've been charged £19.95 as a monthly subscription which was never advertised on their site.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! They asked for $1 for test results. They charged me $1, but then there was a seperate charge for $30 that they never mentioned. Just a crooked company. Results weren't worth $1 nevermind $31!

Beware this is a scam . You are charged a £1 then card will be charged every month for 13 months at 19.95 per month. Avoid

BEWARE - they will charge you for a subscription after 48 hours. They make it very inconspicuous that the subscription will be charged.

To cancel you have to fill a form, no account seems to be actually created and not easy to cancel.

I was also not impressed by the test or the insights from the results.

BEWARE – I recently completed an online questionnaire where I was told there would be a one-off charge of £1, which I accepted. What was not made clear at the time is that this also set up a recurring monthly payment of £19.95, starting just two days later and continuing each month until cancelled.

Although this information was technically on their website, it was not made obvious during the questionnaire process and is very misleading. If someone didn’t spot the payment on their account, they could easily end up paying month after month without realising.

In my case, I challenged the charge by email, stated my rights, and the money was promptly refunded. However, I feel this practice is deceptive and could catch many people out.
