Next day delivery courier couldn’t find my house had address had to cancel it took three days and still no battery disgusting device still waiting for refund AVOID this company not received my payment after a week

I reported my leisure battery to ABS, as it was just 6 months old and wasn't holding its charge. I have had the misfortune in the past to have had reason to contact an Internet battery supplier, who I bought a leisure battery from, about a fault. After weeks of sending emails and photos, and unanswered phone calls, i had to give up.
However in this case, I contacted ABS on the Monday afternoon, and they sent out a replacement battery, which I received on the Wednesday. Excellent customer service, I cannot rate them highly enough.

Delivery was as stated..Next day.

My car would not start so I had the battery tested and sure enough it was at fault. I sent the test result to ABS because the battery was still under guarantee with them and they sent me a replacement battery the very next day! I call that excellent and very prompt service!
Not only that but they answer the phone promptly as well!

The price was very competitive, I ordered on Saturday evening and my batteries arrived before 10am on Tuesday. I had a query about VAT, which was dealt with quickly.

This is my third purchase in recent years although a bit of a worry with badly ripped cardboard box the battery seems to be working fine on solar panel that works led lights around a small cattle yard multimeter reading reads fine, so overall pleased with my purchase of my first purchase of a AGM battery that was packed well and arrived within 24hrs.thank you

Bought £2000 worth of batteries . 4 of which are 230ah. They have a 3 year warranty and one of mine has clearly failed. But they say it's ok. The other 3 seem ok but the faulty one isn't holding a charge it's CCA is very poor. They suggested I get it tested using a special battery tester. I did and it says it needs to be replaced. A couple of dozen emails later they are now ignoring me. I'm not worried as I will just buy another one from a different company and go through the small claims court.

Ordered a Bosch heavy duty SUV Battery Wed afternoon, arrived 1pm the next day. Very well packed, tested Battery on arrival approx 95% full. Installed and drove about 20 miles fully charged. And about £50 cheaper than anywhere else. Fingers crossed it lasts. Excellent so far.

As with so many other reviewers the company does not in effect offer a warranty. I purchased a Bosch 4 year guaranteed battery in March 2020 which was promptly delivered to be fair. The battery began to fail around February 2023, i.e. three years. I had it tested and provided evidence that replacement was necessary. The CCA level was below spec and it did not hold charge. ABS argued that the reduction in CCA was 'normal wear and tear'! Either the battery is guaranteed for 4 years or it is not. Bosch UK were unhelpful referring me back to the retail supplier ABS. The only way to deal with this is a small claims court procedure which for a private claim means that ABS would have to be represented/appear locally. I live in London they are in Stockport! They deserve to be pursued and my advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH ABS - THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS

Second time using ABS, had RAC out to a flat battery which they condemned, RAC wanted £160+ to replace the battery there and then. ABS supplied a type 27 with 5 year warranty delivered next day for £ 70. Excellent service and price.

Good so far. Contacted company via email first for some advice on which battery and got a prompt next day response.

Ordered late in the day (past 4PM) so delivery took a couple of days, but very happy so far.

Huge range of batteries. Purchased a replacement leisure battery and new charger. Battery size restricted by location but still a large choice available. Almost too many chargers to choose from.

Its only just arrived and all is ok. Packaging first class and delivery by DX express was brilliant. So far so good. If the battery is as good as the process of getting here then its 5 stars from me. Don't let me down when I use it in the caravan!!

Ordered about 3:30pm and received before 9am the next day - fast service. Ordered item was correct and very well packed. Could have been helpful to have notification of which carrier it was and when it would be delivered a bit earlier before actual delivery.

Ordered a battery 2 day delivery constant positive notification on delivery etc was delivered with care packaged well will definitely use these in the future
