We ordered a lift back in October and still have not received. Advantage Lifts does not answer their phone or emails.

I ordered the lift in October 2025 and was hoping it would be in around Thanksgiving. I still as of 6/22/26 do not have it. In their defense they called and said it could be delivered in January I just had surgery and asked that it be delayed a week. NOT 6 months. I paid in full in February. DO NOT pay them until delivery is on it's way!!!

Did not honor estimate inside of 30 days despite saying it is good for 30 days on actual estimate. Twenty days and the price increased $800 on an approximately $11,000 purchase. When asking to see if there was anything that could be done to honor price given 20 days earlier and was told “that’s what it is, we won’t do anything less”. It would appear that these deceptive practices are part of the culture at Advantage Lifts seeing as they were instructed by the US Federal Trade Commission to stop misrepresenting the actual amount of domestic content in their lifts in December of 2023. Search “Advantage Lifts FTC case” to see the particulars yourself. Glad I found out before I spent my money with them.

I bought the 9000 xlt. I drove to the warehouse and picked it up myself to save the 800 plus another 4% surcharge shipping. With help from a cherry picker and my son we had it together in about 6 hours. Has a great warranty 5 years on everything. The welds are good and the quality was surprising being a China product. ALI certified with safety redundancies built in. It’s pretty much an identical version of the American made lift backyard buddy. There’s nothing to fault so far with no regrets.
