Very disappointed in the customer…
Very disappointed in the customer service. I had to follow up and keep track of the order. In the end was told that the item I had ordered was on backorder. There was no notification from the company that there was an issue with my order. I wonder if I had not continued to follow up if I would have ever received the order.

Great customer service
Great customer service, pleasant and answered all my questions without the pushy sales pitch. I wanted an inexpensive aed to have in my vehicle. Their mystery aed absolutely fits the bill. Refurbished to factory standards, new battery, and checked over again before shipping it . I highly recommend them for your aed needs; from aed, batteries, pads and carriers.

The item arrived damaged - AED made things right
I ordered an expensive item, and it arrived damaged. I sent an e-mail to customer service with an explanation and photographs of the damaged item. Crickets. No response. This a poor representation of your customer service.
UPDATE 11/21/25: I received a call from Alexis to help resolve the concern. Alexis repeatedly followed up with the status of her resolution efforts. The company sent me a replacement regulator quickly. Thank you Coro Medical/AED.US for making things right.

It took forever to get order with NO…
It took forever to get order with NO explanation except pads were backordered. We will not be ordering anything from you in the future. These were AED pads and left us in a bind to the point we got some elsewhere.
