I am at my wits' end with this crowd and I haven't even had the opportunity to use their bins yet. I signed up with them a month ago and I am still waiting for the bins to be delivered. I first got in contact with customer service a week ago to ask when the bins will be delivered and have followed up every day since. They are unable to give me an answer as to when the bins will be delivered. They are unable to even give me an estimate for how long it may take them to get an answer as to when the bins will be delivered. Rubbish has been piling up in the house for weeks. Completely ridiculous.

Constant missed bin collections, re-collections not done as well.
Cancelled contract 5 weeks ago and bins are still not collected.

Avoid and use any other company for your bins.

Bin collection for last 4 months has been unreliable,and non existant bins not collected, no response from customer service. Last time our bins were collected was 4th August. Very unsatisfactory and customer service very poor.

These guys don't care, avoid them.

Signed up to AES monthly contract in June 2026. We had no choice as the payg tags were discontinued and there is no other waste provider in our area.
We are supposed to have alternate waste and recycling pick ups every week. In the 8 week period they have missed 3 pick ups.
Really poor service and we still have to pay the same monthly price
If you have a choice, consider another operator

Recycling bin missed and I was told the truck broke down and they'd collect it tomorrow. Well, tomorrow never came. Two weeks later they showed up.

Next time, waste bin. Left the bin out Sunday evening as prompted by a text from them. Monday evening I checked and the bin was still full. Another missed collection. I queried it by email and was told they'd check what happend. I was then told I didn't put my bin out and they had footage. I told them that was not the case. Then they said oh are you sure someone didn't park in front of the bin??? Well supposedly you have footage so why don't we have a look at that eh?

Basically a heap of nonsense. The party line for customer support operators is basically to try shift blame back onto the customer and then do absolutely nothing to make up for their own mistakes and poor service.

I would much rather a company just take ownership and offer a good resolution. They offered none of that. Told me to just leave any extra bags beside the full waste bin the next time. In the middle of a heatwave. Rubbish stinking and god knows what end up opening up the bags and then I'm cleaning the road of rubbish. Also leaving extra bags doesn't cover any of the inconvenience whatsoever. I'll be billed for whatever extra bags managed to get collected and not opened up by birds or rats.

Absolute idiots.
