Found this company to be very efficient in change over from my previous company who were very difficult to get a hold of to begin with and charged extortionate fees for less service.
Allied are prompt to accept my calls and their customer service is second to none especially the lady I was speaking with,Donna, she was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had with the utmost of respect and professionalism

Since joining Allied I am very happy with the service,impeccable.
Throughout the transition from my previous company(AES) which was deplorable and very upsetting ,Allieds very professional customer care team especially Donna, has made it that much easier .
As I am an older customer I found her extremely patient and helpful with all my queries and concerns
I would highly recommend this company for this and their very competitive prices especially at this time when every penny counts ..in my opinion their response to their customers queries and issues is the most efficient I have come across

Great company, always straight back to me if any problems and the guys who collect the bins are very nice and obliging.

Won't be using these or recommending them to anyone, in fact il be telling people to stay clear. Ordered a skip to be delivered on a Friday to have work carried out over weekend, rang at 4.30 and was told "someone had changed delivery till Monday" yet they hadn't informed me till I rang. This caused my planned work to be halted and cost for canceling workers, I emailed about this and receievd no response till today and saying there is nothing they can do for compensation instead offered me a deal on my next skip, which certainly wont be happening.

Bin lorry went by and did not collect our recycling bin. Account fully paid up.
Phoned the office during the day, was told thbin would be collected but no sign. Have to pay now and go to empty our bin.
Poor service.
Bin was out from 9.00 pm night before.

Subject: URGENT: Repeated Missed Waste Collections & Lack of Response – Customer No: 35771
I am writing to strongly complain about the extremely poor level of service I have received since transitioning from AES to Allied Recycling. I was a loyal customer with AES for over 10 years and never experienced a single issue with my collections. However, since joining Allied, my waste collection has been missed on numerous occasions.
My service is already paid in full for the year, yet my bins are consistently left behind. What makes this completely unacceptable is that your truck collects from my neighbours and the local school every single collection day, but for some reason, skips my property entirely.
I have emailed your customer service team several times regarding this matter and have received no reply whatsoever.
Because waste is being left for over two weeks, our bins are overflowing. This is creating a serious public health hazard by attracting rats and vermin to the property. We cannot continue to store excess waste due to your service failures.
If this issue is not rectified immediately and a truck is not sent to empty my bins, I will be escalating this matter formally to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) CCPC Homepage and sharing my experience publicly across social media platforms. I will also report a healt hazard to the local county council.
I expect a prompt reply with a specific date for an emergency collection.

Since we switched from Panda to Allied Recycling, everything has been running smoothly with no issues at all. Communication with the company is excellent, and the app is very helpful and easy to use. Not once has our bin collection been missed.

I’m very happy with the service, and the prices are competitive too. Also, here in Co. Meath, Allied Recycling is a local business, which I think is worth supporting rather than choosing one of the big corporations.

Company took payment but when I inquired on when services are starting I could get no answer.
First call went to a call waiting for over 5 min. Second call - they hung up on me. AI chat bot doesn't transfer to an agent, and gives barely any info. Contact form on the site doesn't work, won't send messages.
At this point I'm trying to cancel service, again can't get a cancellation logged via chat, call agent or email.
Not sure what to do next, who do I report this to??
This company is fully a SCAM!

Signing up on the website is broken ("Share your details & proceed to payment" section). I fill out the form correctly and click "Continue" and nothing happens. Looks like there is a fault in it House number is not a mandatory field yet it complained about it when it was empty.I have to ring customer support now instead of applying online.

Donna has been absolutely brilliant throughout — always professional, kind, helpful, and quick in responding. Her professionalism and her support have been greatly appreciated, and she is are a real credit to her workplace. I would highly recommend Allied Bins based on the excellent service, especially from Donna, that I have received.

Customer service is extremely poor. It’s been a month since I opened my household bin account and they still have not dropped out my actual bins, they said they did, asked me to speak to my neighbours, I checked my cameras outside and there was nothing. They answer emails maybe once a week and it’s never any helpful information. There has been 14 emails and 2 phone calls (the most recent one they said they would call me back and never did). I’ve asked 4 times for a refund of my €60 deposit and to close my account and I’m still waiting. If I didn’t have access to my family members bins on the same street I’d have rats by now!! Customer service needs serious reworking along with all their procedures as from what I can see with other reviews, they cannot stick to their word at all. Would not recommend, save yourself the pain and go anywhere else.

My recycling bin was not collected on 14 May 2026, even though my general waste bin was collected the same day. The recycling was not contaminated, and my account was not overdue.
I emailed the company on 16 May asking why the recycling bin had not been collected and what date the following week they would collect it. I received no reply. I then submitted a contact form through their website around 24/25 May, and again received no response.
Missed collections can happen, but ignoring a customer who is simply asking for an explanation and a re-collection date is poor service. I am now left with an uncollected recycling bin and no clear way to get the issue resolved.
I would appreciate the company contacting me, explaining why the collection was missed, and confirming when the recycling bin will actually be collected. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

I was bringing my daughter to school this morning in Leixlip, as we went through the estate we noticed all the bins had been emptied and lined up really nearty outside people's house and gardens. Not just one or two houses, the whole estate! It looked so so well! We were really impressed! To whomever your employees that were on the job this morning a huge thanks and well done from a local resident. It was very much noticed and appreciated! I've never seen the empty bins put back on the path like that!

I am sorry I didnt read the latest review sooner. I've had the exact same experience. 2 days waiting in, lies told by office staff with no supervisors available for escalation. I am sure there is a regulator which I'll research tomorrow. Really poor experience so far and I'll probably move my domestic bins now as a result of the dire skip service. Which is not cheap!!!

Skip didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to and is now still sitting in the driveway 13 days later.
Have been told it would be collected on all of the last 5 working days, it wasn't.
Received a message yesterday morning saying driver was on way to collect, he/she never arrived.
Customer service agents just constantly saying it will be "tomorrow", terrible delivery/collection service, some agents polite and apologetic, some very rude and blunt.

Been a customer for years, and have always found the service great. On the few occasions I've had questions I've always got a very quick and polite answer, be it a query about a bill, or collections. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Have been a customer with Allied now for a few years and have to say I am really happy with how efficient they are with waste collection and any time I have had to ring them for a query or make payments or changes the staff in the office are so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them to help.

I’ve been a customer of allied for years they go above and beyond to accommodate . Thanks to Ryan for helping me out and getting my extra bags lifted after Christmas your very good . And Shaunagh also pleasure to chat to you thanks very much .

Amazing service! Always on time and if they didn’t manage to collect it on the day (extremely rare occurrence), they always recollected within the following 48h if the issue was on their side. They always work very clean too, never littering after collections.
