Brilliant service great bit of kit. Simple install and perfect space saver in a small home gym

Im giving 3 stars because I don't have the products yet. AF have always supplied quality kit however, when I ordered the website showed as if everything was in stock. I clicked to "Pick up" only to find out that I have to wait for it to come in.
3 weeks and I'm waiting for the email to say I can collect.

They checked that I was buying the right equipment before confirming my order and the product then arrived promptly

Really happy with how quick the product was delivered and the quality is superb! I cannot fault anything and would defenatly use them again in the future.

Have to say in all my years of dealing with online ordering, I have never dealt with a company with such terrible customer service.
I had spent nearly £1,000 on a rack system and when the courier was having problems delivering the rack I reached out to Again Faster for help to contact the courier as they were the account holder as the courier would only talk to their account holders and not the recipients. Again Faster refused to as I guess it would be too much of an effort on their part. I spent 4 different days waiting for the delivery for it not to arrive.
You cannot talk to staff at Again Faster, you have to go through a messaging service, so you don’t know if your message has gone through and you are left waiting days for no response.
The courier service, TNT / FedEx, is just as bad.they will state a date when they will deliver then don’t attend at all on those days but attend on completely different days making it impossible to be home.
It has been without doubt the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with online shopping. The tracking app now says it is being returned to Again Faster. Good luck to em.

Your facts are quite inaccurate, I’ve submitted the form much earlier, before trying to contact via chat, as per your instruction on the website but there was no acknowledgement email and or contact from AF. Was only on second enquiry that something was done however without letting me know what you were doing and making a collection booking without my consent on the date. Also note that the currier failed the collection on the date booked. And was rebooked for the next working day. Forgetting to press the send button is exactly the lack care I mentioned in my initial review. So my rating remains

Great quality products at an extremely competitive price. Good quality of metalwork and solid welds, feel very confident using their equipment. Delivery also very quick and Jack in customer services really helped answering my questions and ensuring suitability of products.

Great kit, sensible prices and prompt delivery

Quick next working day delivery with DHL tracking. Products came perfectly packaged with no signs of damage or defects. Flat Bench made from solid steel construction, comfortable bench covering for long workouts. Feels sturdy and well manufactured. Kettlebell weighs perfectly to the specification, cast iron, all one piece. Very satisfied with both products, will order from AF in the future, for sure.

I bought twice, once during covid and once recently. The weights were delivered timely and the old ones I have are still in great condition.

Bought the eveolution power rack and the cable pulleys and plenty of weights.
Was a bit of a challenge to put it together but me and my son managed it and the garage is now kitted out and we absolutely love it.
Bought more weight plates recently to give us more flexibility

Great Website easy to find what your looking for. The competition adjustable bench 2.0 in RED,ordered and delivered. The process was easy and quick for such a large object. It came very well packaged. It arrives in kit form but minimal putting together, Goes together well in around 20mins. The bench is very sturdy and provides a solid base for a heavy bench press. Pads are firm, the colour red is stunning and looks really good. Better than the usual black, that benches normally come in.

Awesome dumbbells, worth the money. Quick delivery too. Will buy the next weight up when ready!

Excellent company to deal with,prompt service,great communication

Product was dispatched quickly however I have assembled the GHD and it doesn’t seem to be engineered very well. The platform to stand up has to much lateral movement and my concern is that if someone is slightly heavier, will snap it. I recommend a couple of brackets to reinforce the platform bar. Do you offer any other alternatives to reinforce the platform bar?

Brilliant bit of kit. Excellent quality steel, very well constructed and relatively easy to build at home. Very impressed with the safety bars; I thought they were going to be hollow, but they are solid, also find the numbering on the bars really useful to workout alongside my husband.
