The work was done well and the workmen were polite and tidy.

My elderly parents recently had a bathroom/wet room fitted by Age-Care Bathrooms and I can honestly say it's amazing. It was a complete refit and my parents were initially very apprehensive about the job. The fitters worked incredibly hard and completed the job in 3 days and were very accomodating to their needs during the fitting process. They are so happy with the service and the fitters and would happily recommend Age-Care Bathrooms to anyone who is looking for suitably adapted bathroom for those who have mobility needs.

From choosing,booking and fitting of the new bathroom our experience was great. The admin staff kept us informed and the fitters were superb. Nothing was too much trouble to them and attention to detail was fantastic. They caused the minimum of disruption to us, cleaned up every night and we have been left with a superb bathroom. Even better than we expected. We could not have had a better job. we would reccommend to anyone

Great design, well executed. The team was polite and friendly and worked very hard to ensure that the bathroom was finished on time and with the absolute minimum of disruption for my 94 year old mum - thank you Owen and thank you Age Care for a thoroughly professional service from start to finish.

My unuseable, leaking shower that no other company knew quiet what to do with was transformed in three days by Paul into a beautiful modern functioning wet room. Paul worked quietly and efficiently and was incredibly tidy as well as being polite and personable. I’m delighted with the finished result and would absolutely recommend age care bathrooms.

My Dad moved into a flat with an old fashioned bathroom that was very unsafe for him to use and we decided that was the very first thing that needed to change! My dad has mobility issues and we needed to have a wetroom shower. The representative from Age Care Bathrooms came around and took a lot of time to explain our options. We made our choice and soon their installation worker started the job. He was very considerate and capable and in a few days we had a beautiful wetroom that was exactly as we wanted it to be! Great company! Thanks so much to all who made it so smooth.

Yes I was very pleased with my flooring in my bathroom. Thanks to Pete and his team who worked very hard efficiently and conscientiously and did a great job. I have been very impressed with Age Care from the beginning to end of the process. Having works done at home is always going to be stressful, but the team they sent to do my two bathrooms was lovely, utterly trustworthy, and showed great attention to detail. Overall, it was as stress-free as possible. The office offered very quick and attentive communication, which meant snagging was rapidly resolved to my satisfaction. The end product is exactly what I wanted.

From the first phone call I knew we were in safe hands with a company that really cared. It felt like a very personal service and nothing was too much trouble. My father has live in carers due to his dementia and is blind. His wet room was done in 2 days and within a couple of weeks of placing the order. The fitter Lee was exceptional and even did a small plumbing job for us . I would highly recommend

From our initial enquiry to the finished job and everything in between, we cannot rate Age Care Bathrooms highly enough. Martin, who sat with us and showed us what ACB could offer was the most straightforward and personable of all those we had met at home over a 5 week period. He was passionate about the company, and secured us an ASAP date of less than two weeks. Being able to show us exactly what we would get with the price shown for each option on his catalogue was great, plus their prices were half of what we had been quoted for exactly the same spec elsewhere! It was a no-brainer. Mum's mobility had become so restricted that she could no longer access her shower as it had quite a high 6" step up so the idea was to change her en suite into a wet room. Our fitter, Jono, was super friendly, worked tirelessly over a long first afternoon following a long drive to us, and a very long second day, but the job was finished in under two days which meant the least amount of disruption for mum. Jono was very tidy and kept me up to date on what he was doing throughout the process, which included dismantling the shower and having it disposed of. Top tip if you do have Jono, he consumes copious amounts of tea virtually straight from the kettle, so keep that kettle topped up! Martin, the friendly electrician, was very accommodating fitting us in at a time more convenient to us, then it was all systems go and a queue for the new wet room. We did have a small issue with the initial pump fitted in the loft, but Jono and Owen called in and sorted the issue out within the hour. Not only are we thrilled with mum's fabulous new wet room, it has of course become the "go to" bathroom in the house as it is so fabulous. Workmanship was perfect and it has made life so much easier for our 98 year old mum. Finally, a big shout out to Mollie & Niamh, based at ACB who kept us up to date every step of the way, and Andy in accounts (I'll bet he never gets a shout out, bless him) which made the three stage payment a breeze. Thank you Age Care Bathrooms, we felt part of your family throughout the process and highly recommend you to anyone wishing to upgrade their bathrooms, there really isn't anyone out there who can beat them on price and the whole team were simply wonderful.

Age Care Bathrooms are a superb efficient and caring company. My parents had their old bath removed and a walk in shower installed due to ongoing mobility restrictions. From the initial consultation with Brian who really listened to my parents individual needs- to Amanda’s clear communication throughout the process, to Owen’s smooth, slick instillation. Their products are of an excellent quality from easily adjustable temperature controls, grab rails, padded seat with arms, my parents can now enjoy a much safer and comfortable shower in a morning. We cannot thank all the excellent team at AgeCare enough!

A very professional service from the initial contact to completed installation. Barry the surveyor was outstanding, presenting the various options helping us to decide on the best way forward. Our fitter Scott was excellent keeping us informed about what was happening and completing an excellent installation. Andy the electrician went out of his way to ensure we were fully operational in the shortest possible time. Following a problem with the newly fitted shower fitter Paul attended and fixed the problem very quickly. The office staff were superb throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this company if you are considering a new disabiilty bathroom.

We had 5 separate quotes for a wet room. Er chose this company for design and price. The whole process from start to finish was superb. Start date given was adhered to. Owen, our fitter, went above and beyond to get things right, Very tidy, no mess. All looks good and is pratical. Telephone contact was friendly and helpful.

I asked for 3 quotes to install a walk-in bath. Age Care sent a brochure by return and Mollie phoned to check that it had arrived. I requested a survey visit and agreed a convenient date. Brian was meticulous in measuring up and constructing a sketch of what the installed bath would look like. A CAD image arrived the next day. By this time I was confident that Age Care was interested in me as a person rather than just a customer to boost sales figures; an impression given by other companies. There was a delay in delivering the order because of the Christmas shutdown by the manufacturer. I had to ring up to early in the New Year to get the installation date; Mollie answered my call, found out the date and rang me back. The installer was Owen, ably assisted by Lewis. I answered the door to Owen who stood there holding covering materials for the stairs and landing. They worked quickly whilst keeping informed at each stage to ensure the the configuration met my approval. Owen demonstrated the controls when installation was completed. Lewis cleaned the landing and stairs thoroughly and checked that I was happy with the job. They were both very pleasant; a joy to have around the house. Whilst I am unlikely to need Age Care's services again in my lifetime, I can recommend them unconditionally for those who may.
