My wife and I have used AirDoctor a number of times on our European trips. We are elderly and travel can be arduous at times. We have always been connected with quality doctors for either in person or telehealth appointments. The site is very friendly to navigate and the staff is genuinely concerned about our welfare. I can recommend without reservation.

It was easy and fast to talk to a representative from Alliance and get connected with a doctor. I actually was able to see a doctor. She was very professional and such a big help.

The appointment was easy to schedule and I particularly liked having the ability to upload a photo of my prescription and that makes this process more efficient for all parties. My mom and I had a video consultation with Dr. Martin and had a very positive experience. He was highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire consultation. He accurately diagnosed my mom’s condition and prescribed the appropriate medication, which resolved the issue quickly and effectively.
The consultation took place just one day before my mom was scheduled to go on a cruise. Dr. Martin was very reassuring and calmly explained that there was no medical reason preventing her from cruising. He also kindly advised that she could contact him during the cruise if any adjustment to the medication was needed. Fortunately, this was not necessary, as the treatment he prescribed worked from the start.
It was truly a pleasure speaking with such a professional and caring doctor - Dr. Martin far exceeded our expectationsץ

During my stay in Lisbon I realized I forgot one of my medications. I started feeling sick with a migraine. I remember I purchased travel insurance so I looked it up and was able to get a video appointment get my prescription and pharmacy accepted it. Now I can enjoy my vacation.

Amazing service. Friendly doctor. I had a UTI. It was resolved on 15 minutes i had antibiotics. 18 pounds plus the antibiotics. Highly recomended. No hussle. All from my accomodation i didnt have to leave home. only to go to a pharmacy. I would give more stars if possible ☺️
