Air Doctor was so helpful as part of international med. coverage
Air Doctor was part of our International Medical Coverage package. It was a “life saver” because we were on vacation in Tel Aviv and my husband was sick. Air Doctor gave us a choice of many highly rated doctors with prices included. The doctor we chose came right to our hotel room and he was excellent.

This was a Telehealth visit that was…fast, easy to use, very reasonably priced.
This was a Telehealth visit that was extremely easy to set up and make a very quick appointment for doctor was insanely knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Resolved my problem with the prescription that I left at home.
This is by far is the best Telehealth medical assistance that I’ve received or used in the past 25 years internationally.

Emergency swelling and allergic reaction after flight
The assistance the doctor provided was very quick. And very thorough prescriptions have already been called into the local pharmacy, and a follower has been scheduled before I leave on my flight. We'll use Faye, and this doctor again. Very highly recommended.

Dr. was incredibly helpful during a very stressful moment on my trip. I was feeling really unwell and was also anxious about being in another country and not knowing how the medical system worked here.
She was quick, straightforward, and reassuring. She took the time to explain how the medical system works in Germany and even reassured me that she would be available if the pharmacy needed to contact her.

Extremely easy to get an online video appointment
Extremely easy to get an online video appointment with a GP. I was able to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy in the area I was travelling to the same day. If you are an overseas traveller, you will pay for the appointment as a private non-citizen but I think you can claim that on your travel insurance. If you need a doctor, you need a doctor. I would recommend this service. The app is easy to use and when it is your appointment time, you just log in through the app and start your appointment.

I highly recommend Air Doctor when…
I highly recommend Air Doctor when traveling. During a trip to Europe I had developed a constant chest cough and high fevers for five days. The app was easy to select a doctor for a video appointment who gave my the prescription I needed.
Unlike the American doctor I visited just before leaving on our trip who only prescribed typical cold and flu medicine.

Fast, Responsive and Smooth.
Finding the nearest hospital that is covered by the travel insurance I got was a big help. I was assisted by 2 translators to head down to the ER. My major concern was the pain in both feet. I was limping since I completed the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. I appreciate the kindness and compassion of Dr. Robert Martinez and the translator. It made the visit smooth despite the language barrier. It gave me peace of mind. They provided all the necessary information I needed.

1st class from start to finish
An appointment was made very promptly via AirDoctor and UK Post Office travel insurance. Clinic was running on time. Both the receptionist and doctor were very lovely and helpful. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and gave worsening advice and what to do when I arrived home, very impressed.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was someone to meet us from the taxi and all relevant checks and medication were given. The return taxi was booked for us with a stop at the pharmacy on the way. Would 100% definitely recommend
