When you're sick and need help, it’s a hassle—if not downright annoying.
Even though I entered the correct details, it wouldn't connect me to a doctor.
A total nightmare.
I won't use any insurance company that works with this app again.
Also, when you're abroad, you use WhatsApp—not standard phone calls—to get help!

Cough in Bali
During a vacation in Bali I got a flu with a really bad cough. It was so easy to find a doctor who visited me in my Hotelroom. The Doctor was great and helped me so good. There where no extra costs. All service was included in my insurance.
I definitely took the right choice!

I called them in Batumi Georgia. My 1.5 baby was with fever and caugh. The doctor was amazing!!! The nurse was good!! They did everything! The took x-ray, blood and took us to the hospital and gave her medicine in the end. We had an insurance from back home that we did, so we paid 0 money! Nothing! All covered and they didn't ask for anything. They were so amazing!! I give them 1000 stars.

Air Doctor was so helpful as part of international med. coverage
Air Doctor was part of our International Medical Coverage package. It was a “life saver” because we were on vacation in Tel Aviv and my husband was sick. Air Doctor gave us a choice of many highly rated doctors with prices included. The doctor we chose came right to our hotel room and he was excellent.
