As a foreign tourist visiting Montreal, I unfortunately became ill and didn't have travel insurance. The online appointment with a doctor through Air-Dr.com was very helpful! I got an appointment very quickly, the booking process was easy to understand and I had a detailed discussion about my treatment. Also got the medications I needed prescribed. Everything was very professional, and I'm both relieved and grateful for the quick help.

Within half an hour of registering on the website, a doctor was in my hotel room in Vietnam. I could have been anywhere in the world. The doctor spoke English, prescribed my issue, and dispensed the necessary medication on the spot out of her bag. This is an absolutely incredible service. For future travel insurance my number one requirement will now be that they provide Air Doctor service.

Very quick to respond. The doctor who helped me out was kind and attentive. I was prescribed the same meds I get at home for bronchitis and able to enjoy the rest of my vacation.

Fast response and a professional approach

It was wonderful to be seen by a doctor well traveling. Everything went smoothly and the service was very quick. Be sure to ask all the questions you have from the doctor or the health center regarding prescription and how local pharmacies function and how to pick up.

Insurance company arranged for a Dr to attendy daughters holiday apartment. She was seen quickly. Was so easy which was what was needed in a stressful situation being abroad. Great service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Air Doctor and would not recommend their service.
We booked and paid €196 for an appointment with clearly stated requirements, only to be given an appointment with a doctor who, it turns out, does not actually work with Air Doctor. We travelled to the clinic at considerable expense, and when we arrived, the staff had never even heard of the doctor we were meant to see. They tried to help and managed to contact the doctor directly, who confirmed he has no affiliation with Air Doctor.
As a result, we received no meaningful treatment or outcome from the appointment. The entire process caused significant stress, wasted time, and financial strain.
It then took nearly two weeks of follow-up emails to get a resolution, during which communication was slow despite the urgency of the situation. To their credit, Air Doctor eventually acknowledged the issues and issued a full refund.
However, this experience gave me serious concerns about Air Doctor.The fact that we were booked with someone who does not even work with them is extremely worrying and makes you question how legitimate or trustworthy the service really is.

Feeling dreadful on vacation and couldn't find a clinic that would return my inquiry. Tried Air Doctor and presto! appointment in 2 hours with great doctor who listened to me, evaluated my condition and I received a prescription and hopefully will be on the road to recovery soon.

I’m shocked to read other people’s review of air doctor. I needed a script for an antibiotic while visiting the UK, and the “doctor” wrote a script that wasn’t accepted. I asked if he could call it in and air doctor said, he doesn’t do that. So, after 3 days of trying to get the antibiotic, I just gave up. I have ecoli and have blood in my urine and intense pain which has shaped my trip. I can’t eat or go on long walks. I’m glad other people received excellent care, but that wasn’t my experience. My “doctor,” Tomasz Grezelewski never contacted me to see if I felt better. Air doctor gave me a lot of advice but no help. I used Faye for travel insurance.

The service is very easy to use and efficient. I chose the camera consultation. Only had to wait 40 mins for a face to face online consultation which happened on time. I needed a prescription which was emailed to me to present at a local pharmacy in Spain. I was very impressed by the Doctor I spoke to I felt she listened to me.

Excellent experience. I’m happy that I booked the online appointment. Described my symptoms and felt listened to. I was prescribed an antibiotic and there was an issue with the pharmacy but air doctor fixed it immediately and made sure I got my prescription.
