If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I have been waiting since November to be refunded the 20K I invested. All I've gotten are empty promises, and excuses with no definitive timelines when I reach out for status updates.
I'm seeing lots of scam accusations all over the web about them now.
Hoping for a class action law suit so they can seize all their assets and refund people who trusted them.
Anyone know how we can go about doing it?

Do not work with this company. Run, don't walk, away. The coaching to use their platform is disorganized and chaotic. The delivery feels like it is being taught by a bunch of enthusiastic college freshman, not by experienced business people, and is often redundant and artificially emphatic. I am waiting on a refund that was promised back in January of 2024 after a tremendously dissapointing experience with the platform and company service, and have only received the above mentioned "promise letter" from Ryan, the founder, when I wrote to inquire about where my refund was and when to expect it. To make matters worse, without warning or consent, Air suddenly revoked my access to their white labelled version of Go High Level, and deleted all of my proprietary business data held within that platform. I have no way to access my entire business, funnels, data, email list, and records. Despite the fact that Go High Level has assured me that it is entirely possible for the Air AI team to simply reinstate the data after deletion, there is no response from anyone at Air after multiple emails, indicating they care at all about the extent of the impact on my business for the last 2 weeks of no access and broken funnel links, or plan to do anything about it, nor have I received any type of explanation as to why my account was suddenly deleted without my consent.

Read the reviews. They’re still sending out the “transparency” email from Ryan. Clearly a tactic to delay or not even give refunds for services they failed to provide. Do not give this company your money. They won’t deliver.

I recently signed up for air.ai to find an AI call setter for my business. Their website advertised a trial period where my credit card would not be charged, which sounded perfect. However, as soon as I signed up and added my credit card information, I was charged $97 immediately.

I found this practice deceptive and extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, there was no clear way to communicate this issue to their customer service team. Despite their promises, my experience with air.ai has been frustrating and unprofessional.

I would not recommend their service to anyone. If you are considering air.ai, be cautious and consider looking for alternatives that are more transparent and customer-friendly.

I strongly advise caution before partnering with Air Ai Technologies. My experience as the CEO of Char Marie Coaching LLC has been extremely problematic due to their failure to uphold the terms of our Air AI Sales Agreement dated March 3, 2023. They have consistently failed to remit payments they collected on my behalf through their Midas platform, which include $990.55 for January 2024 and $867.35 for March 2024. Additionally, the software suite they promised has never functioned properly, severely impacting my business operations.

Further exacerbating the situation, after numerous complaints, they placed me as "number 95 in the queue" for a promised refund of $20,000—more than two months ago, with no updates since. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Even more concerning, Air Ai Technologies dissolved their entity in Arizona, where our agreement stipulates jurisdiction, and moved to Delaware. This does not absolve them of their responsibilities to their clients. Their actions not only demonstrate a disregard for contractual obligations but also a broader pattern of deceptive business practices. I urge potential clients and partners to reconsider before engaging with this company.

The refund policy is non existent!! I was told it would take 3 months, but still nothing and I keep getting a run around.

Has anyone actually tried this? I have and I was incredibly disappointed. Going to be leaving some bad reviews. The ai starts talking before a person answers the phone. It also takes a minimum of 10 seconds for this thing to think of a response. Most of the time it thinks it hears stuff it doesn't and says something embarrassing. I tested this out on roughly 500 contacts and listened to the recordings.... This is basically direct to voicemail spam with a voice that is obviously a bot. Further more the customer service was terrible. After much frustration I told the rep if we can't get this to work properly I'm going to have to cancel.... The next thing I knew, my entire account and all the text I created for the sales agent was deleted along with the reports and recording.. I emailed madix the owner and their director of operations and they are being cowards and not responding. If you use this service this is what to expect.

SCAMMERS. They promise the world and when it doesn't happen, they say they'll issue a refund and then ghost you.

Lost $30,000. Could barely feed my family and they didn't care.

Don't even know what to do. Going to sue them with whatever I can muster.

Air initially lured us in with an Instagram ad promising 300 guaranteed appointments at $45 each, totaling $13,500. The sales campaign was aggressively relentless, marked by INCESSANT PRESSURE,, weekend calls, and a barrage of FAKE customer TESTIMONIALS.

Despite informing Air that we were a new company without a subscriber list and intended to use a third-party contact list, they reassured us and recommended services like Apollo or Zoominfo. Yet, a day after our purchase, founder Thomas Lancer suddenly claimed they couldn't fulfill their guarantees due to regulatory changes. This was a blatant LIE. Our lawyers confirmed there were no recent regulatory changes, exposing Air's DECEITFUL sales tactics.

Promises of refunds from founders Caleb Maddix, Thomas Lancer, and our representative Scott were empty. Nearly three months later, our emails are IGNORED, and NO REFUND is in sight.

It's clear that Air is running a SCAM, likely desperate for cash and resorting to fraudulent sales tactics. NUMEROUS online COMPLAINTS from other customers confirm this pattern of deception. We strongly urge potential customers to steer clear and seek services from reputable providers. Air is a SCAM operation, and we are now in the process of suing them to recover our funds and hold them accountable for their fraudulent behavior.

I just got my dispute approved. Not having it disclosed that it would be illegal to cold call in the US with a bot, Air.ai refused to give me a refund. Due to my business account and paying for this on a ATM card, I had to wait 90 days. Air.ai tried to block it. I won the dispute.

I wrote how I tried their 800 number numerous times to get no response. I then showed the slack messages between Caleb, Thomas, and Ryan were asking me the same question but never getting to the point. I also showed the FCC ruling and how it became illegal after I bought the program, and how Air.ai knew this and did not disclose it.

I had to respond 2 times to get this approved. If any of you need assistance on how I did this feel free to contact me, I will gladly show you how I did this.

Unless you are a HIGH-LEVEL tech person, Air is NOT a working solution for your business. They sold me on a "plug and play" system that was completely a lie. After 2 months of them "preparing it" I finally gained access and joined a agency partner technical support call of over 50 people where EVERYONE complained how difficult and complex the system was. This company has been a nightmare. The AI was was promised is not at all what I got. I did not want a coaching course. They promised a refund after 6 months and had a contract signed if I didn't make a certain amount of money. I have been now dealing with them for over a year. It has been 8 months since I requested the refund. and no one can update me about a refund. I have directly emailed Ryan 17 times since February with no response. I have been attempting to get my refund since October which they have strung me along and the communication has been poor. No one in the company cant give me any update. I also recieved a "transparency" email like one of the poeple on here that they are waiting for funding. Many people on here seem to have similar experiences. I will be getting a lawyer because I am tired of playing their games. Stay far away.

I’m having an issue with these guys currently. After paying for their enterprise service, after waiting a month and a half to have it built out, I received a text saying the leads had to have opted in for robocalls. I told them from the beginning my intent was to buy homeowner lists to have it call and book appointments. The salesmen brushed past that. Anyways, I let them know that the leads I had haven’t opted in. They said they would process a refund. After numerous contact attempts, no refund. I disputed the charges with my credit card company on February 29th, a month after they said they’d give the refund. They responded to the credit card disputes and are attempting to keep my money. They want to get paid on a product they did not deliver. I am so frustrated with this situation, I cannot begin to tell you.

Do not waste your time or your money. The platform is very complicated and complex and jumping on support calls and sending slack messages do not support the over all platform. We ran their trials and performed plenty of scripting edits but to no success. We have a refundable guarantee and they won’t honor it. Have been requesting a refund for over 4 months. This platform and the company are a joke. Don’t buy into their agency license

They are a spamming company... Dont give them your phone number... They will just keep calling you.

My company has had the same experience was the below reviews. Ryan personally emailed me stating they are waiting for another round of investors to pay us our refund. I have never been in business with such a deceiving business. We were charged $30k and our refund is in purgatory. We suggest a class action law suit as these are predatory tactics. I am demanding, once again, for the 5th time, that you take action today before our lawsuit ensues.

We have not been paid from Apex Holdings since February 16, 2024 and we are owed nearly $6,000. My clients have paid their monthly payments through the MIDAS program in good faith, but you have not forwarded them to us as promised.

We must have these payments for February and March IMMEDIATELY.

Sadly, because of your serious delinquency, we are not able to pay our team for the work they have done for these clients, and we are basically taking care of these clients for free due to your extreme lack of integrity.

What you are doing is illegal, and my attorney at the American Center for Law and Justice will make sure that you are named in the lawsuit and personally held accountable.

Please put an end to this serious delinquency and make payment today for all monies due.

Be the company of integrity and we can all be done with this issue, before my attorney starts our lawsuit, as this will cost even more money and make life more difficult for all of us.

We engaged Air.ai back in June 2023, and signed up for a 6-month sales program, as well as access to their platform. In their contract, they had a money back guarantee that if they didn't help double our investment, they would refund what we paid.

Long story short, they didn't achieve help us achieve the revenue goals, their platform was down half the time, and any questions you had you had to join a scheduled webinar with a whole bunch of disgruntled people, vs talking to a person one on one. It was a big waste of time and money.

It's been almost 6 months now and we are still trying to get our money back based on their guarantee, which their team will keep telling you "you'll get it someday, but don't know when".

I'd avoid them and flee in the other direction.
