This company, along with Scale 13 and whatever other identities they are attempting to defraud other people through is AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD. They have cost me tens of thousands of dollars — upfront for a program that doesn't work with negligent and incompetent customer service (that now doesn't respond to emails and has cut off all communication avenues) as well as the money I've lost in opportunity costs while troubleshooting their program that ultimately DOES NOT WORK. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They owe me, and many others, a full refund plus damages for their fraudulent claims and their predatory business practices. They have breached their contract terms repeatedly and refused to give refunds to those of us that have asked for them as well as literally ghosted anybody that has requested that they honor their 100% money back guarantee or demanded the customer service that their insanely expensive fraudulent program costs.

I have never been able to get this Air.io agency off the ground. Now, after the long ago removal of training (talent lms) due to a lack of subscription (?!?!) and waiting for the platform changeover, lack of setter and closer scripts or a copy of the video I have screen shots of used to sell me an agency, lack of timely slack responses, and now (the final red flag) removal of weekly tech support calls, I am seeking a full refund of my agency investment per my contract like everyone else it seems. Given all the other complaints, it looks like I am not going to get paid back for this fraud. I am just so blessed that I didn't sign a client and then be faced with a law suit. I'm one of the original owners of an Air agency license and the idea was great, but Air never made it work. This brought me to find other solutions. I hoped that they would eventually work--but that never happened. As of now, nothing works and the site is down. However, we use audaxai.pro and they have the best conversational AI on the market. I own a number of different agencies licenses and even created my own and audaxai is the best. They even give a free trial to prove it. Air disappointed many and appear to be out of business.

I initiated the transaction and my bank automatically rejects such transactions. I called to approve this transaction and reviewed this transaction and found out about the fraud.

FRAUD! Elaborate scheme robbing us innocent hard working people. I was skeptical but was told no worries because if it didn't work for me they would refund. I paid $25k for a license... took out a loan... and was guaranteed refund if it didn't work for me. Cool tech but ultimately I couldn't make it work for my use case. Then after months of me trying they finally said they would not be able to give me back any money. LIVID! I would love to join a class action suit. Problem is that there isn't much to sue probably.

Misleading "Free" Platform: Advertised as a tool to build your own AI, it turns out to be non-viable for commercial use. They provide only five free calls to your bot, which is insufficient for proper testing.

Hidden Costs: After the free trial, I was unexpectedly charged $100 without prior notice of pricing plans or usage limits.

High-Pressure Upsell: Post-trial, they pushed a $10,000 "exclusive" partnership, which feels more like a sales tactic than a genuine collaboration opportunity.

Overall: While the concept is promising, the execution is flawed with hidden fees and deceptive practices. Caution advised.

We are seniors (74/70) and invested our entire life savings into this program. My husband is disabled, and the fraud, misrepresentation, and dishonesty have caused us catastrophic devastation. We may never recover.

Has anyone been paid on Midas loans? or notified of delinquent accounts? or notified of any correspondence or action with those who did take out loans and did not pay?
Did anyone get a signed agreement with AIR when investing the fee of $30,000? or did you just get an agreement with Sofi?

Complete rip off

I strongly advise against using Air AI. Despite being promised a "lifetime" membership, my subscription expired without warning. Additionally, I was assured a refund if I was unsatisfied with the service, but this promise was not honored. As a result, I am extremely disappointed and feel misled. This experience has been frustrating and has left me with the impression that the company operates unethically. Save your time and money by seeking alternatives.

Below is the latest email I've received from Ryan at Air AI that others have mentioned. I've been chasing them for a refund for almost 6 months. This company is deceptive, broken promises and emails are ignored. I had communication problems since signing up and giving them money.

First: I want to genuinely apologize for our communication with you through this process.

Up to this point, our communication with you has been awful. I know you’ve felt in the dark and unclear for awhile on what’s going on with your refund - why it hasn’t been issued yet, why have timelines gotten missed and extended etc

So in this email I want to give you clarity on everything.

Let me start with this: I can 100% assure you will receive the full refund you requested. That is a personal vow and something you have my word on.

 Now, I want to give you context why there’s been delays in issuing you it

As you know Scale13 is a software company — and the team and infrastructure required to build software eats away the margins that coaching/consulting businesses have the luxury of.

So due to the capital intensive nature of running a software company and the fact that we’ve been entirely bootstrapped up to this point, we haven’t been in a place financially to issue refunds as fast as we want to, while maintaining a healthy enough cash position to make sure everyone is taken care of. (If we were, I would issue your refund today)

However, we are currently deep in the process of raising a venture capital round from institutional investors.

And the good news is, based on the overall growth of our companies, we have a lot of investor interest and should have a fairly easy time closing out this round of funding.

Now, the current cash we have is necessary to fund the operations of the business and keep it running until the fundraising round is complete.

But the moment we finish the round, we will be able to issue your refund immediately.

I know that even though we are still issuing the refund, it is not as soon as we would prefer to issue it, and for that I truly do apologize. I purchased a "founders license" for $100K back in 2023. They promised licensees the world on the sales call including:

1. You'll be making $1M per month in a year or less.
2. If it doesn't workout for you, you can just sell your license for double at least.
3. We will be hand-coaching you to success.
4. This is like getting in on Amazon or Facebook on day one.
5. We have 16 year olds making $100K per month.

The product is absolute garbage. I've spent six figures on coaching and products for internet marketing. I've never been so disgusted by how low quality a product is at such a high ticket.

The platform is chronically down, buggy, full of glitches, and just drops off calls. It continuously fails with even simple actions.

Their support is a joke. You send messages over a Slack channel and an assistant tags the person that's best suited to help you. Then you wait... and wait... and wait. Then you get an answer that is vague, too technical, or outright useless.

They promised me you don't need to be technical. With that said, I'm advanced with tech skill. I can't imagine someone that can't work tech getting anything out of Air. If you're not technical good luck because it won't work. It won't work if you're a master tech either.

The company is run by kids. Not young entrepreneurs making a difference, actual kids meaning they are immature and willing to be unethical with nothing to lose. 20-something slick con men who train their sales people to lie and steal on the phone. Their sales process would be actually very impressive... if it wasn't a massive con job full of empty promises and outright lies.

They like to go fast and gamble. They break themselves and dump it on users and licensees.

There are multiple lawsuits brewing from licensees and users. Also the FTC is very aware of the situation... before I called myself.

Avoid at all costs. Complete scam. That word is thrown around a lot... NO, THIS IS AN ACTUAL SCAM.

Their operation is fraudulent. I nearly faced a lawsuit with a client because air.ai charges approximately 30 cents per outbound call, not the 11 cents they claim. This discrepancy exemplifies saying one thing and doing another. While the technology might be the future, air.ai is not the right company. They white-label ChatGPT, and their agents can't even recognize when a call goes to voicemail. Avoid them—you risk losing your money as soon as you pay. I suspect they won't be around for long.

Stay away. The other comments tell the truth. They will take your money and then string you along.

This is a VERY elaborate ruse. Thankfully we used AmEx and were able to recoup our investment. This is not a legitimate company. AVOID.

I tried this product and I must say I am throughly disappointed. It was a waste of time and money. The support was horrible.

They let the call work for about 3 calls, the ai sounds really good. And then it stops working....

They try to upsell you, they DO NOT take out your payment method and they do not let you take out your payment method, and they charge you monthly

I spent 35k to work with them and so far using there platform it has been a waste and not only that they haven’t payed me out since using their Middas system in over 4 months.

I have spent hundreds of thousands on coaches and software and this is the only one I have left a bad review for. Do not use them at all.

Caleb seems great but they are dishonest and horrible at running a company.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. They couldnt help me get their own system working properly. They got frustrated and deleted my account without my permission.

This company is a scam. It appears to be a thin layer of automation on top of either Google Contact Center AI, or another actual startup.

Its goal appears to be to get people to sign up for their trial minutes, then auto renew your subscription endlessly with no actual way of cancellation but to contact them.

Any subscription based service that does not have an end user driven cancellation process should be illegal today.

Try something bettery, like Synthflow.
