Horrible company. I of course didn’t purchase anything from them, but the demo call I had was VERY scammy. They tried to get me to sign a contract sight unseen and when I said I was still shopping around the guy said “Why” haha. He then told me all the features he was taking off the table if I didn’t sign with them instantly. That’s when I knew this was an unserious company. DON’T WORK WITH THEM! It’s got MLM vibes as well.

This company is a scam! They create contracts so that you feel safe and that they are legitimate, they are the perfect criminals. They lure you in with the promise of guaranteed return on your investment in 6 months or your money returned. I have now been fighting with them for 4 months to get my money back and the current story is that one of the owners is away trying to get more money to keep the company afloat. I hate that this company preys on vulnerable folks and pushes them to take out loans to become financially stable and proves to be another predatory company that needs to be stopped and legal action needs to be taken!

Agree with everyone on these guys. Spent 100k on a server and they refuse to give a refund. Complete scammers.

If I could give it a negative 10 stars, I would. Garbage company! Liars! Thieves!! Don't deliver any service, take your money, promise refund but don't pay. No direct contact information. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Glorified scammers with a good ad budget, but a sub-par product and an even worse business model. MLM in the making. "new" agency model is 23,000 year and promotes you getting new people to sell the agency model. Be warned folks, a Netflix doc will come out about these fraudsters.

personally, I tried to set up an agency call - watched their videos and wrote notes - then when they were supposed to call they ghosted.

The funny part is that what Air.ai does is not even ground breaking. Others are doing the same thing but doing it in a more realistic and authentic way.

Maybe someone will prove these reviews wrong, but probably wont be someone with as much ad spend as them.

I started their program and found out pretty quickly that it wasn’t what I needed. So I asked for a refund. That was 8 months ago. Last I heard I was approved for the refund but haven’t seen a cent. Now I can not get a hold of anyone by any means! It seems like I will have to contact my attorneys from what I have read here.
TERRIBLE SCAMMERS, FRAUDULENT THIEVES! Stealing peoples money is illegal!

I rarely write reviews, but my ordeal with Air.AI compels me to share my experience to warn others. As the COO of Aegisbyte LLC, I've encountered various business situations, but dealing with Air.AI has been uniquely frustrating.

In January, we paid Air.AI $13,500 for services they never provided. Recognizing that mistakes happen, we sought a resolution and were promised a full refund. The founders even outlined a repayment plan, acknowledging their current financial constraints due to fundraising activities. They proposed an initial payment of $4,500 and two more installments at four-week intervals. We agreed, hoping for a swift resolution.
However, the situation has only deteriorated. Despite providing all necessary information for the refund, Air.AI has ceased communication. No payments have been made, nor have we received any updates. Our attempts to engage and resolve this amicably have been met with silence.
This isn't just about the money; it's about trust, reliability, and professional integrity. We've been patient, understanding, and willing to find a middle ground. Yet, here we are, forced to consider legal action to recover our funds.
I'm sharing this as a warning to others in the business community. While the allure of Air.AI's services may be strong, our experience has shown that their commitment to their clients is weak. I urge anyone considering Air.AI to tread carefully and consider this experience a testament to what could go wrong.

I am compelled to share my distressing experience with Air AI LLC and Apex Holdings, highlighting a severe lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction. My patience and attempts at resolution have been met with silence, pushing me to address this matter publicly.

On February 12th, 2024, at 12:58 PM EST, I completed a payment for a service offered by Air AI LLC. The service, unfortunately, has not been delivered to date. Despite my efforts to reach out and resolve this issue amicably, including providing necessary ACH information promptly for a refund Thomas Lancer promised over three weeks ago, my inquiries have been blatantly ignored; Air AI has gone silent.

The silence from Mr. Lancer and the teams at Air AI LLC and Apex Holdings is disappointing and alarming. I need more engagement to consider serious measures to ensure my voice is heard and my and business consumer rights are protected.

Unless there is an immediate and satisfactory response by the end of today, I am prepared to escalate this issue significantly. This includes filing formal complaints for fraud with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state authorities in Arizona and my jurisdiction. Legal proceedings may ensue.

I intend to inform the media about the fraudulent practices of Air AI LLC, Apex Holdings, and their associated entities, providing all pertinent evidence of such practices. This decision is not taken lightly; it reflects my commitment to seeking justice and reparation through every available legal and public avenue. I know several individuals are looking to pursue legal action against Air AI LLC and Apex Holdings, and I would love to chat with given individuals on their loss as well as the fraud committed against them and their business.

It's disappointing to reach this point, especially after being promised a resolution within 24 hours following my call on February 19th, 2024—a promise that remains unfulfilled. This situation underscores not just a failure in customer service but a potential systemic issue within these organizations.

I urge Air AI LLC and Apex Holdings to consider the gravity of this situation and the potential implications for their reputation and business operations. A prompt and official response is not only expected but necessary.

Air.ai is a scam, AI cold outbound calls are illegal.

I tired out Air.ai a few days ago and found out it had a lot of issues.

UPDATE 2/9: they have intentfully sabotaged my business and deleted over 20 things because I wrote this review and wouldn’t take it down, including my checkout page

1/17: BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ HERE!! Worst investment made, thousands upon thousands of dollars wasted, MONTHS of time absolutely wasted, paying hourly employees to fix mistakes, chase help, etc. And to top it off, they were disrespectful. I was ignored for 6 months. IGNORED, and then when they responded they had an attitude and tried to defer the issue, blame others, and still didn’t fix the issues. 6 months later I’m only in the hole now - not a dollar made by this scam. The dialer is trash and in 6 months has never been functional, the financing through Midas is a joke, and we weren’t even given access to our platforms for 3 months. When approached about the issues, they would ignore us or pawn it off to someone else who would then not reply. WEEKS of being ignored to the point where I was sending subject likes reading “STOP IGNORING US”. When they finally responded, they fought with us defensively to *attempt* to justify they have done no wrong, which was laughable. I argued my way into a refund, which they are processing but will not give a date and said it will take over 90 days due to the amount of refunds they are processing. I am going to sue this business and contacting my attorney after writing this review. SCAM!!!!

UPDATE: wow, let’s dive in…
Well for starters, I got my refund, but ONLY after I was VERY clear about suing, but they didn’t take me serious at first. I told them I was contacting my lawyer, and they called my bluff, telling me to handle this in whatever way I felt necessary in the face of how to run their business. With that said, I contacted the best lawyer I know who confirmed they would absolutely loose in court. They continued to email me arbitrary and cocky statements, so I let them know that they needed to end their discourse with me and that my lawyer is now who they need to converse with, as I am taking this to the fullest extent the law will allow for, especially given the disrespect on top of the fraud and breach of contract. Once they realized this was ACTUALLY in motion, not just empty words, I was then refunded. HOWEVER, they refunded onto the wrong card, and basically just said, “oh well - contact ur bank, not our problem anymore” even though from minute 1, they told me I would be able to give ACH info once the refund was “ready” without an end in sight. So they found out I was going to sue and finally took me serious then issues the refund back to a card that was in process of being closed out, once again not doing what they said and fully over complicating the situation.

Can you believe they had the guts to then write this email to me (I am going to past it here next):

“Hi Ashley,

I was asked by one of our founders to reach out to you in regards to your Trust Pilot review.
Now that your refund was processed, they would like to know if you would be willing to update that showing we did indeed process your refund or remove your review.

…MEANWHILE, my team is STILL dealing with issues from their services that we have no been able to fix. A perfect example: for some reason there is a “startaigrantpros.com” website that we never made and never authorized with completely FALSE AND INACCURATE INFO ABOUT MY COMPANY, that I CANNOT REMOVE because they hold ownership of the site. YET THEY WANT ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW HERE TO SCAM MORE PEOPLE. SURE, here’s your update, Amber & team! I suggest you fix the remaining fraud that continues to unfold. Trust that my lawyers will handle this aspect as well to the FULLEST extent the law allows for, and trust me this false website alone is all I need. Air.ai, I highly suggest you remove the remaining issues before you have a bigger legal issue on your hands.

This is ongoing and I will NOT be removing this review. I am trying to save others from this absolute fraud and scam that continues to level my business, as this fake site is coming up when people google our company.

NEW UPDATE 2/6/24:
They deflected to startaigrantpros domain by saying “we’ve escalated the problem” - I had about 10 emails back and forth with them because they respond like catty children rather than business people. Not ONCE took accountability, taking days to respond once again. FINALLY got them to respond once they realized the level of fraud they have committed and my awareness of such, and instead of deleting out their fraudulent domain and fraudulent page, they deleted ALL domains which was not authorized and shut my website and funnel links down completely. When I told them what they had done, they denied involvement and took no ownership, even though I could see all domains were deleted.

Beware and exercise caution! Our experience with Air.ai, particularly with Sam, was deeply concerning. Despite multiple meetings, their aggressive sales tactics for a $13K package raised red flags. Skeptical, my husband and I negotiated down to a $4500 initial payment for a conversational voice AI representative, with the understanding that we'd upgrade upon successful delivery. Regrettably, after making the payment, Air.ai's responsiveness plummeted. Initial eagerness turned to silence, and when they did communicate, it was a series of excuses and untruths. Several months have passed without them fulfilling their promises, leaving us feeling deceived and ignored. It's a real disappointment; they appeared to offer a unique and valuable service. Please be vigilant and protect your investments from such dubious practices.

This service bombards your potential customers with tons of robocalls – not a great way to win them over. Sure, it might bring in some business at first, but in the long run, you're just creating a bunch of unhappy customers. The whole AI pretending to be a human thing? Not cool. If folks knew they were chatting with a robot, they'd probably just hang up, but this tech takes that choice away. You eventually find out it's AI, hang up, and feel pretty annoyed. I was checking out this service for my company, but after dealing with constant insurance calls powered by Air AI from different numbers a few times a week – and no way to stop them – I decided to ditch the whole idea.

As the owner of a real estate agency, Air.Ai has been instrumental in expanding my business. Its ability to handle full-length customer calls autonomously across various applications has significantly enhanced both our customer service and sales reach. Unfortunately, many individuals who find AI tools such as Air.Ai dissatisfying may not put in sufficient work integrating and optimizing its capabilities within their operations.

I plan to file a lawsuit against Caleb Maddix, AIR AI and other founders/principles. I am suing for fraud and breach of contract. I purchased the coaching program for 28 thousand dollars. It was not worth the investment. They offered this guarantee they promised was the best in the industry. For two months I got the run around. Caleb offered to pay the refund in payments of about $1100 every week. But again, a broken promise. Stay away from these guys.

I was very interested in the technology. That being said the first rep( Tony) was 20 minutes late for the scheduled call. The second Rep (Jake) confirmed call however there was a no show at agreed time with no further communication or responses. Frankly this initial experience has lost any buy in on part for this company.

So far....everything has been a a complete bust.

We paid them $12k - thank goodness, used a credit card and was able 2 weeks later to cancel it. It was a total failure to assist us in any way. They sent us dozens and dozens of "hype" emails, almost like an MLM with sales meetings for agents and such. We actually wanted to use the product, not sell it to others. We loved the idea, but it never came to fruition at all. No support at all - just hype to get you to become an agent and make money selling their service.

We hope that someone from AIR actually reads this and calls us. If the program actually worked, we would be one of their best customers; however, today we say run....

The Air program is based around a few dozen screen recording training videos, a collection of sales tools that are often nonfunctional, and weekly group webinars where you can ask an Air rep questions along with 20 others waiting to ask questions.

We completed 6 months with $0 in sales.

Now we are trying to get a refund of the $24K cost per the “2X sales full refund guarantee”. They initially told us this could be done in under 7 days.

But after over 2 months, we are still waiting and told there is no ETA on payment.

Their replies are basically brush-offs. Last week were we told that we were #16 in a refund processing queue. This week they say they are seeking investor funding and will pay us once they get it. If and when they get it.

Please save yourself and your business from this nightmare.

Same recognizable voice calls daily from different numbers and leaves messages (marked as spam) with only one or two word messages. Voice is easily recognizable as their AI but provides so benefit to me or them. Now I can’t even get it to stop. Stay away unless you need more spam calls!!

Air.ai has made a tremendous difference to my business. Their intelligent AI solutions have transformed our operations and relationships with customers, as well as expanded my operations by using AI sales agents as setters and appointment bookers who prequalify leads before passing them onto closers - eventually I hope to train Air AI on scripts so they can close sales altogether. I can’t wait to see where this goes in the future. The technology behind it 3 years from now is going to be insane.

Ever since I inquired about this service, I get spammed with 4-6 calls per day, 7 days a week! When I answer the calls, there's silence. When I send the calls to voicemail, it's a 3 second fraction of a message from a bot. They call from a different area code every time, so blocking the number doesn't help.

I'm not interested in this service one bit. It's already a horrible experience.

They've called me 3 times today and it's barely noon. I've emailed this company with no response yet received.
