1. Ils utilisent et tirent profit de notre $$$.
2. Ils créent des FAUSES RÉSERVATIONS qui seront annulés par la suite. Ces réservations ne sont jamais faites avec les compagnies aériennes.
3, Lorsqu'on les appel pour demander la réservation avec la compagnie aérienne, ils mentionnent que 72h avant la date de voyage, le numéro de réservation sera envoyé.
4. Ma famille a acheté des billets depuis août 2025 pour passer Noël avec nos proches. Une semaine avant notre depart. On reçoit un courriel en mentionnant que la réservation n'a pas pu être confirmé avec la compagnie aérienne.
5. Je croise les doigts pour que nous soyons remboursês.
NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR !!!! À CE JOUR, ON N'EST PAS REMBOURSÉS, PAS DE VOYAGE..LA SEULE CHOSE QUE NOUS AVONS EST UNE INMENSE FRUSTRATION.

Jaspal was the representative that worked with me. He was very good. He helped me through my preflight experience where my ticket was put on hold and I needed to pay $87 more after I had already paid for comfort seats and they were reserved. So paid. However flight from Knoxville was delayed due to fog. Missed my connection in Atlanta by 10 minutes. Needed to take later flight and ended up in back across from bathroom. Sure missed my comfort seat. Is there anyway to get refund or discount on any further flights. I am a senior and regular customer of Delta. Always go for reservations direct through Delta.

terrible company scamers stay away from them .... they say that you recevie your tick 72hours prior to your traveling day i never recvied anyticket rather i was told that i need to go to the airport and if any availabe seat i will travel if not next flight. it is an international flight next flight would be in one week . terrible please pay very good attention and dont pay them anything

Bad company stealing money not professional at all i lost my ticket and my money pluse someone there issue another ticket with American Airlines $327.99 stay away from them

I bought a ticket from Toronto to Medellin. On August 17, 2025. I paid and everything was fine until the next day August 18, 2025. I received a call from them (Andrew) He told me that he was going to send an email in which I had to confirm my purchase. Reply to this email “I agree” then click on a link to finally confirm my purchase. I wonder “Was it not enough confirmation at the moment I bought the tickets?”
So I asked him to cancel my flight and same thing he sent me an email with a link that I had to click on and pay 120 Canadian dollars per traveller for cancelling my flight. And that I will get my full refund in 2 to 3 billing cycles (2-4 months). So I didn't click and am not paying these SCAMMERS one more dollar.
I told “Andrew” that I didn't trust him he was being very pushy with the email and confirmation of purchase. He said “I'm the only one who can help you right now” At this point I'm fed up with this so I just hung up. I’m going to buy my tickets from another agency. PLEASE be safe and stay away from these people.
I've seen many 5-star reviews I don't get how they get those. I'm giving them 1 star because
I can't give them less.

Fraudulous compagny don’t trust
Since friday 15 august i reserve 3 thikets frim airbeas then they contact us to inform that thé Price on Line was not accurate and that Was a mistake from them / website. Then we payed thé three tickets for 5389,98$ going from Montréal to Algiers on August 18th. Today at about 24h from our flight they asked us again to paye more. Until now, no ticket no confirmation were received!

Booked a Flight online and while I was waiting for the E-Tickets to be provided I got a call and got told I needed to pays 350$ more for the same tickets or 75$ for a refund. Seems like a non-canadian based scam company.

Mauvaise information sur la disponibilité des vols ✈️ après avoir réservé ils ont appelé pour dire qu’ils avaient pu de place pour notre vol donc des frais pour annuler de 200$ si on voulait réserver avec le vol il était à 400$ plus cher très mauvais service pourtant s’était avec un vol avec air transat déçu 😢 👎 je recommande pas cette compagnie

Scammers, booked a flight and then two days later they said the airline cancelled the seats at that price and wanted to charge us £1100 more. Look in company house too. The manager was so rude to me too.

They are SCAMMERS! The address location is a mailbox rental office. They changed my ticket price like 10 times. When I said "no thank you", they went and cancelled my original booking from another agency!!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL people.

I am soo grateful for this staff they have helped me in every way possible i kept getting canceled due to covid or flights not flying out but, max and joseph were really great help and I bless them with all my heart because my husband needed go go to his country urgently and they did all in there power to make this happen I repeat I am very gratefull that I choose this travel angency and will recommend to all my family and friends thank you agian airbeas traveling ❤
