THEY ARE A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I put in my info and proceeded to checkout but then I felt hesitation and never put in my payment details. Then they started calling me to push me to book which is expected and I didn't think much. But soon after they sent me an email saying thank you for booking we have received your payment (I didn't give them my card info and the confirmation email didn't show any payment method) and then they called me again and said thanks for booking and paying... Which I didn't. As soon as I said I didn't they are like well if you didn't mean to, you have to cancel now for 75 dollars fee. CLASSIC SCAM please stay away people... Not to mention suspiciously low flight prices in the first place..

Don’t trust the reviews, it is fake, this agency is a scammer, they took my money, before my travel one month ahead, then they contacted my before my travel’s date saying that I have to pay much expensive coz they didn’t find tickets with this price, I asked for a refund, and till now I didn’t get my money back , with a useless excuses. Finally they blocked me over their phone and no response on my emails. Take care guys from those scammers .

Ne pas acheté vos billets avec cet entreprise.

Quelques jours avant le départ, je recois un message de l'entreprise m'informant que les billets n'étaient plus offert au prix que j,avais payé.

J'ai dû acheter d'autres billets d'avion directement avec une compagnie aérienne quelques jours avant mon départ et à gros prix.

Quoi faire ?

Ça doit être 0 étoile, mais on n’a pas cette option. Faite attention des vrais arnaqueurs. J’ai réservé un billet pour me dire après que je vais recevoir un E-ticket 72 heures avant le vol. Passer ce délai , rien reçu et je commence à appeler a plusieurs reprises sans succès. À chaste fois soit l’agent qui s’occupe de votre réservation n’est oas et il va vous rappeler et rien !! Ou le département qui va vous envoyer les billet est fermé, veilliez rappeler dans 3 puis 6 heures et tjs rien . A la fin on m’a passer un superviseur pour le dire que Air Canada n’a plus les sièges disponibles et que la seul option et qu’il me trouve un autre billet presque 2000$ de plus. J’ai refusé et demander l’annulation dans ce cas. Après pour l’annulation on me charge des frais de 150$ et il dit que c’est pour la compagnie aérienne et pas pour eux. Comment une compagnie aérienne qui n’a pas de sièges disponibles peut en plus charger des frais d’annulation ? Pour moi c’est une arnaque pire. Éviter a tout prix. Ne tombée pas dans le même piège.

Our driver Binno was great. He genuinely helped us throughout the whole journey. He was a good and calm driver that I would really recommend to everyone.

We paid group tickets few months ago with that company and they said that since they were group tickets we would receive the real tickets 72h before the flight. The price was 1100$ and the real flght company were 1350$. Now less than a week before the flight, they call us to say that it is pending tickets, so we dont have any, to confirm real tickets we have to pay 1900$ but the flight company are 1750$. They are using emergency situations to have more money than the real cost. They have you pay for a service that doen't exist and as a consumer protection law, it is called fraud. We lost 500$ putting our trust in them and waiting for tickets that would have been cheaper. Now waiting 15 to 20 days to have our money back when making the payment was instant. They dont want to give their business number or social business adress when we ask for sending justice papiers.
